Rekha tells Jags that everything has gone wrong. Somehow Ab & LZ has convinced Uma to tell Rama the entire truth about her pregnancy. Jags reminds her saying i told you not to involve Uma in this, but you did not listen to me. Even if we are able to break Uma's marriage even then we cannot separate LZ & LJ from the boys. You cannot win in this, the family members have a good heart, you should apologize to them, they'll all forgive you and your son will not hate you. Rekha says what are you talking about, i'll never admit defeat. If my son cannot be mine, then he wont be in LJ's life either. Jags tells her that as long as they are alive they will never separate. Rekha says that LJ will have to die in order to get out of my son's life then. Jags is shocked hearing this and asks her what is she talking about. Rekha says if i have made my mind about something, i will make it happen. And if you are thinking of leaving in the middle of this - i wont let you leave, not until my plan succeeds. Jags is shocked says fine now whats next in your agenda. Rekha tells her the plan (which we dont hear - just music). Rekha tells her that no-one will suspect us when all this will be happening.
LZ & LJ are in their room when Uday & Abhay bring them food saying you should eat something now as you wont be able to eat after 7am. LJ puts the food on the table saying its nice that you two are taking care of us, but we cannot eat this food. According to the customs the food cooked by mother-in-law is what we can eat. Uday says just eat this. LJ says no we cannot. Uday says ok if thats the case then you'll get the food by ur mother-in-laws and they both leave the room.
Dadi is in the kitchen cooking & tells Rama if all would've been well in the family then we'd have cooked for LZ & LJ too. Jags says forget about them, Didi even told them to keep the fast but they didnt even want to respond. Uday & Abhay come to the kitchen and Rekha thinks to herself why are they here. Uday offers help - Dadi tells them to take the thali;s outside. They instead take the food for LZ & LJ. Out on the dining table rekha suggests to Rama about keeping the puja in the garden instead of the terrace. LZ hears this and wonders why. Rekha thinks to herself saying this year this will be the 1st and last karvachauth for Lajwanti.
Uma is in her room thinking to herself saying Leeza forgive me. Rama walks in asking her "why are you just sitting, get ready for the puja. Whats the matter, you look tired, are you ok?" Uma says that she wants to stay here for few more days but you'll have to talk to Rohan. Uma says its your house dont worry i'll talk to Rohan. Rohan walks in & tells Uma that we need to leave after the puja. Rama tells Rohan that we want Uma to stay for few more days, Rohan agrees. Rekha is outside listening. Rama tells her to get ready and come downstairs.
Leeza is walking lost in her thoughts - Lajwanti asks her whats the matter. LZ tells her that Rekha aunty has changed the place of puja - this year its in the garden. But every year its always been on the roof but why did she change the location this year. They both look worried, LJ says its good when everyone will be in the garden doing puja then we'll go on the roof and do our puja. LZ says sure but i am suspicious of Rekha aunty's plans, something is wrong. I am not sure if things will go wrong or not but i do suspect something.
A pandit comes inside - Rekha tells him that the puja will take place in the garden. Pandit tells her that due to the sun signs its not auspicious place, like every year we must do the puja on the terrace. Rekha says i dont care about these sun signs - the puja will happen in the garden. She gives him money - he takes it saying as you wish. Lajwanti sees her giving the money. (She looks much better than her regular get up in this scene). Pandit leaves - Rekha thinks in her head that all the woman will pray in the garden that will only leave these girls with one choice of doing their puja on the terrace.
Leeza goes to AB & UD tells them that LJ saw rekha giving money to the pandit, and said this year the puja must take place in the garden. LZ tells them she is suspicious of her actions, and am worried if she is planning something against Uma. Uday says i'll go ask the pandit and see if i can find anything out. LZ tells him to be careful so that Rekha doesnt find out, or else she'll get alert.
Uday goes to the pandit saying that you are compromising the puja place by taking money from mom, i will go tell Dadi about this. Pandit stops him and tells him that i told your mom that puja must take place on the terrace but it was her who insisted it to take place in the garden. He says i am leaving i dont want to get involved in all these issues. Uday stops him and asks him whats wrong with doing puja in the garden. Pandit tells him thats its not auspicious place and can create problems later in life. Uday tells pandit to do as mom has said, he thinks to himself saying he wont tell anything to LZ or else she'll just get worried.
