I'm sorry to say that Paridhi's selfishness and stupidity has hit an all time high. Her wailing and shouting is completely unbearable but it's her attitude to Gopi and Kokila that stings the most. Both of them fought so hard to make Paridhi accepted in Modi bhavan. Kokila risked her relationships with Gopi, Hetal and Baa ONLY for Pari's sake. Gopi sacrificed 10 years of her life in jail so that Pari, crying and wailing that she wanted to raise Radha's child, could bring up the baby with Jigs. Is Paridhi grateful for all these sacrifices? Not one bit.

All Paridhi ever does all day long is complain how nobody respects her even though she has looked after the Modis for all these years. BUT both times when Paridhi has been in charge, the family has completely collapsed. When Gopi was in jail, did Paridhi stop Kinjal from abadoning her family and becoming a burden on the Modis? Did she stop kaki ji from leaving the house, living the life of a maid and receiving beatings from Urmila? Did she try to dissuade Ahem from taking Meera and Vidya away from their home and family? Did she even appreciate Gopi's ultimate sacrifice? Big fat NO.

And now here we are 4 years later. Gopi is depressed and lifeless after Ahem ji's tragic death and it's difficult to watch. Kokila's health has deteriorated completely because she's the only one looking after Gopi. 💔 And is Paridhi helping out? Is she trying her best to get the two remaining pillars of the Modi family back up and running? No. All she is doing is living a life of luxury, taking and taking from the family without putting even love back into it.

AND... Paridhi has nobody but herself to blame for Monica getting injured when Kokila came into the bedroom. What IDIOT does yoga in a confined space right next to a door?!

And he can try all he likes but Jigar is no Ahem. 😆

Agreed..tho we must credit here for trying to help Gopi to reunite with Ahem and the kids after the 10 year leap..really dont like her now..used to be able to tolerate her..

When somebody goes on tries to rub their decisions on you everyone and brush aside your objections then as soon as that person looses authority people give back. Kokila has always brushed aside anyone's objections and doing things her way. Never seen her listen to her own mother in law or sister in law.

Secondly there was no need to get Tolu married in a hurry in absence of Paradi Right or wrong she had some objections and getting him married behind her back? For me Kokila is the root cause for many troubles the family faced though I don't appreciate Paradi abusing her as she is elder

Not only did pari reunite gopi with ahem and co but also brought kinjal's misdeeds ro light. But people do change. Even Jigar changed after he took charge of modi industries. Even he spoke rudely to Kokila

I do agree that Kokila has largely controlled the decision making process. But it was explained in episodes years ago that it was Hetal and Baa's choice to grant Kokila that right because of her shrewdness. I think this was mentioned again after the first leap when Gopi returned to Modi bhavan with little Vidya... Hetal and Baa reiterated that Kokila had always been the most neutral, i.e. saw good from bad, hence them placing her in the most important position, but they said her decision to marry Ahem to Radha was the first time they had ever disagreed with her views.

I don't agree Kokila is the root cause as most of the turmoils have been through evil people deceiving everyone, not just her. Even Hetal, Baa, Ahem, Gopi etc are guilty of placing trust in bad people. When Madhu returned, Kokila was the only one who cottoned onto her deception - but still the others were blinded by Madhu's sob story and pleaded to let her stay in the house.

Modis didn't get Tolu married in a hurry - remember Tolu and Sona both fell in love with each other and then got married behind the backs of all the family members. So Paridhi was not alone in her stance, but the problem was that by the time she returned home, all the others had grown to accept Tolu's choice. I can understand Paridhi's hurt feelings completely. But her anger was completely misplaced. She should have understood her own stepson's feelings instead of being upset that she didn't get to choose her ideal bahu.

My point was that if it wasn't for the saas-bahu duo, Paridhi would not have the privileged existence that she enjoys. I wonder who's looking after her ill father! 🤔

I agree Sona married Tolu forcefully and nobody accepted her and as soon as she helped gopi she was accepted and none bothered to inform Paradi including Jigar. I know that baa said we let kokila take decisions and it was mainly to maintain peace in the house. Later on it was changed to show that they have given as she was great. Many decisions taken by Kokila are wrong like forcing Ahem to marry Gopi, getting Radha home after her marriage with Umang inspite of her parents being alive and keeping her with them when they threw gopi out, forcing for cVidya marriage with Shravan inspite of gopi and Ahem objections the list can go on.I know many are kokila fans but I somehow don't like her high handedness. My post was not to hurt anyone but trying to understand changes in Paridhi's behaviour

No no don't worry, this is a forum for everyone and it's great we all have different viewpoints and our own fave characters 😊

Yes Kokila's mistake is to surge forward without acknowledging other people's feelings. That will be the one trait going against her character. But many of her decisions have turned out to be for the better - e.g. Gohem. They were the glue that kept Modis together and it's clear to see there was so much love between Ahem and Gopi in spite of the problems they faced. Very difficult to watch Gopi depressed without Ahem 😔

Yes the Radha thing is sooo weird. I think she must have weaselled her way into the business somehow and Ahem/Jigar either took pity on her or were just not bothered. Koki was a silent ghost for those 8 years so didn't stop her. But I'm surprised Rashi didn't get rid of her over those 8 years.

NO matter whatever Paridhi did to the family, she always was grey and more importantly her good karma is vanished with the way she behaves every time.. every track her character behavior changes..

If she really had good intention her quality should not change.. Now that another cartoon h as come into MM the girl who was exercising.. I cannot stand her and Paridhi is supporting her because she is modern looking..😕😡.. and Sona is a real sona and she cannot stand her... Sahir's decision to live separately is fantastic..
