Modis don't know the law..and their brains are not always in the correct place..it was gauras lawyer that stated that the marriage is illegal..come to think of it..isn't that like shooting urself in the foot? He should have immediately been arrested in court for that..and it would have been all thanks to his pyaari maa or does he call her baa? 😆

In my opinion, the most important person is Durga who has to file a case against Dharam. She is affected the most.

Even Meera is the concerned person & can file a case on him for hiding the fact about Durga. Yes, gohem can file a case on him too.

When they can file an attempt to rape against Dharam on Meera's behalf, why can't they file a case against him for second marriage.

Haha nice joke. If the main lead can get away by beating up an innocent man and on top of that, accusing him of rape, I don't think the Modis can ever think of doing something sensible and logical for once.

Not that it matters..but since this show is abt revenge here and revenge there...maybe this was the main leads way of taking revenge on the innocent man who insulted her MIL, husband, helped his mother in an attempt to kill her husband, mil (noone touches her MIL but her!) and torture her daughters at one point..amd what better chance to beat the crap out of him than when he is lying unconscious..he is a big strong wrestler..she is a small petite woman..how and when wld she get another better chance than that! I say he got off easy..imagine if she had a trishool nearby...she Seized the moment..no biggie..it happens..

But..i wld like to add..that man is only Innocent of rape..but not innocent of the actions i mentioned above..he may have changed..doesnt chg the fact that he did do those things...
