All this is fine . But this man is already married and his first wife is living almost like a servant in his house. He never thinks about her. For whatever reason he might have married her , she is his wife and the mother of his son.

But for this background this episode of Dharam trying to woo a much younger Meera is amusing.

I'm going to ignore the 'much younger' reference because that is not relevant.

About Durga, yeah I hate to admit but that is an issue but I only remember Dharam actually has a first wife when someone mentions it. Otherwise, it's not hard to forget that she's his first wife. That's important because it clearly shows Durga has no place in Dharam's life which is the most fundamental part of a marriage. In my opinion, Durga is alone in this crowded marriage and that's sad. I wish Dharam would set her free since she seems to be bound by her duties as a wife or even better, it'd be great if people actually gave her good advice to leave a man who has no interest in her because what's the point of being a wife if you're treated like a stranger.

I personally think Dharam is bound by something too that's why he has to stay married to her. Just because she's his wife doesn't mean he should be forced to like her, that would be even more wrong in my eyes.

the reason Dharam hates her so much hasn't been revealed but I bet when it is it will be shocking!!!! I'm loving this Dheera romance and Dharam has shown he has a huge heart.

don't worry! Even if Gopi succeeds in getting Meera back she won't stay in the Modi house long. The next few weeks are going to show Dheera getting closer. Dheera are permanent - this seperation track is probably to show the Modis Dheera are made for each other. The Durga stuff will probably be cleared during the seperation too. Then Meera can go back to Dharam with a clean slate.
