so your saying that cos I'm divorced and my first husband is still alive I can't remarry! Try telling that to my second husband of 6 years!!!! Your talking crap that's why women of India can't progress cos of attitudes like yours. Anyone's head would be psychologically messed up if they had a life like meeras but instead of becoming typical soap character doing all her roona dhoona she has stood up and fought! And so what if Dharam is older? They are kindred spirits and will grow from each other believe me! Your attitude is like that of my grandmother, and yes education is important but tbh she doesn't need to go to uni because her family are loaded and her husband is loaded. Education isnt for everyone you know! Tell her pathetic sister to get educated too!

Guys where are you taking this argument to? 😆 I wouldn't think about education too seriously in this show cus although, it is important and it would have been the 'right' thing to show, there's NO WAY that a saas bahu show would even think of taking that direction. It just doesn't work for them you know.

Characters if this show have taken sacrifices for others all the time, ahem with Gopi because of his mother and Jigar with Rashi because of his mother. Kokila with small Rashi because of her duty and Gopi killing Radha etc Now Meera with Dharam because of her hatred towards the Modi's mostly.
This show is just like that 😆

@Bold I think that's unfair of you to say that. I love Dheera too but I don't think education is not important. It's a show, Dheera or no Dheera, Vidya and Meera wouldn't have gone college full stop.
And if I ever have a child who wants to marry someone significantly older than I wouldn't object, I would just make sure that person loves my child and would want that person to have a clean heart.
Dharam is not even torturing her wth? I think more than eduction, you are against age gap between couples.
It's a show, take a chill pill yaar 😆

no my friend but she said Iam thinking like grandmother, advising girls to be educated is a grandmother advice, Iam a woman and I want women to be careful and intelligent in what ever decisions they take, coming to age gap 20years age difference will definitely matters na, OK if that person is good then OK but I bet that person will be shown negatively so at the end meera will guilty for marrying him so i advice instead of marrying him she can go for education

Fair enough. But even tolu Molu and Vidya aren't continuing their education.
Dharam will be shown as aggressive and hot tempered but Amar said that the new girl in his life will change that. So Meera is going to change him for better going by the rumours.
Even Ahem was rude before. Rashi was evil. But those couples worked at the end.
Dheera are completely different, both are negative and both are the only ones who can poke each other's buttons.

I didn't call you a grandmother because of that comment but all the other bakwAs backwards comments. I love the way you went back and edited your original post about how disgusting it was Dharam had remarried whilst his first wife was alive. Deleting the parts I pulled u up on. Education is a personal choice. If she doesn't wish to go to university then that's up to her. Why don't you suggest tolu molu and Vidhya get educated too? 👏

Well, both the girls i.e. Meera & Vidya should complete their education. But Kokila made them do the housework which is not correct. She didn't do this to Kinjal. And for the sake of Kokila's friendship with Gaura, Ahem & Gopi spoke to Vidya. Otherwise, they were not interested in sending Vidya so soon. As a matter of fact Ahem didn't want to get Meera married. But it was all because of Kokila. She is the main culprit.

As for Meera, I feel bad for her that she has been away from her family for 18 years. She spent 10 years only with Ahem, Vidya & Mansi.

However, Ahem did not control Meera initially. He was engrossed in his bakery business & spent long hours in his shop. Mansi didn't guide Meera or restrict her.

Ahem made the mistake of leaving the house & isolating the girls from the family & didn't spend time with Meera in removing her prejudice towards Gopi.

How will she believe Kokila when she was away from her for the past 18 years? How can she remember as to what Radha did to her when she was hardly 2 years?

Yes, Meera could have collected the evidence against Gaura's family & exposed them but who helped her to do that?

So Meera took the matter in her hands as she felt that marrying Dharam is the best way to save Vidya whether right or wrong.
