In the sbs she was treating Radha like a servant and was showering her affection on Gopi so I just felt Koila is back in her original self this time with a tricky way of repentence and revenge! So she is acting that she is 20 years back! Perhaps she has some master plan to settle all the scores!

she knows that things have been said hurtful things to gopi by both ahem, while unconcious she kept say meri gopi vahu so gopi cant leave hence family beg gopi to stay, Ahem tells gopi stay until mom gets better it will be a good one also when you see the spoiler rashi n radha are getting it in the neck and gopi is put on a high throne. This will interesting to see her if she is pretending but also if her memory comes back then radha will be the first person she grabs n by the neck as well
