The worst part is she is sobbing and playing the victim while Ahem is the monster coz he is not sobbing and is angry .

oh how i wish someone in the serial makes her ulta sulta .😆😆

Her crying gets to me too.. 😆

But Ahem's anger and his no action also does the same😉

I would really like to see a court case. I would really like the case to concentrate upon the 2 years of marriage.. A year of torture from husband and the on and off torture by MIL..

I think Gopi will win. And I also think that Ahem and Koki, however much they shout will be left having only visitation rights on Vidya.

Gopi was not the woman she was 8 years ago. She is not entirely correct in hiding about Vidya. But she is an abuse victim and he actions will be seen in lighter vein compared to Koki or Ahem.

Nothing can justify Gopi JLT

She was not driven out she left camly and firmly

her earlier illiteracy has nothing to do with keeping the father out from this , even illiterate women know this

each marraige has its ups and downs , she has tolerated so much abuse at Urmila's hands compared to it Koki treated her well

What Ahem should have done later does not obliterate HER wrongs . She left on her own , his child was dead , he did not know she was carrying his second one , from his pov all had ended .

Not if they show reality .

not if they show how court reacts to the deliberate hiding .

Harini ben, u took the words from my mouth...lol...Completely agree.😉 Even my dad said how come Ahem is so bad? 😆 I like this stronger Gopi coz she seems like a human-being...😃 Though she was wrong to hide the fact that she was pregnant, it's still justified considered the situation happened to Modi at that time. I side wit her😳

[QuotE]

This is where I disagree..

I think Gopi did not walk away calmly. She did it because she was driven to it. She was abused added to the fact that she had just lost a 2 year old and was also pregnant at the same time.

I do think courts will excuse her for being temporarily out of her mind. Her 8 years of silence is hard to explain but she has done well by her daughter. She did not let the child bear the consequences of her sorrow.

So it will be a difficult case to judge and yes, her illiteracy, the tortures during marriage, the punishments do all play a part.

This is and will not be an isolated incident.

Just because Koki was the lesser of 2 evils and just because she is better than Urmi, does not make her any good. Koki will have to bear the consequences of her over the top hate and extreme attitude.

I do not think Ahem is bad. But he has no guts to make his own decisions and that makes me want to scream at him.

He is so much wallowed in self pity that he has no empathy for others. He keeps thinking about his loss, his pain, his grief, his life that he has forgotten the fact that Gopi was part of all that too..

That is why I am angry with him. Ahem should have stood up and told his mother to take a hike and should have clarified his thoughts with Gopi.

He has the right to be angry. He has the right to grieve his daughter. But he fails miserably as a husband. That is why I do not support him

Was gopi really wrong to hide it all from them they are still bent on taking the child away so they don't have another meera incident.
Gopi should never have accepted that she is responsible for meera's death she should have explained properly since she had the time to what actually happened. Also if they felt so strongly why wasn't gopi arrested for meera's death. Gopi left because they were always gonna blame her for meera's death they may not have throw her out but they have forced her out with the constant allegations. Seriously why did she choose that time to leave she has been abused at urmilla's and never left and was even abused at the start of the marriage, of all the times she should have left she didn't. Gopi must have known that they would never allow her to keep vidya incase of another meera incident, she has lived with them long enough to realise that they forgive everyone else easily but her because their expectation are too much on her.

Your dad is a gentleman😊
He is correct in one sense. Ahem does not respect Gopi. A person who cannot respect his own children's mother can really not be that good.

@Bold - True. And well written.
There is no way Koki or Ahem can be absolved of Gopi going away by saying that they did not ask her to. They had done everything except saying those words and that does not excuse them
