Very valid points that I cannot but agree with.
The basis that one has to live without certain things we are used to is a very difficult task. I surely agree. But the difference lies in why you are doing it right?
I agree that the scarcity of water, the power cuts are way too irritating sometimes and causes discomfort and I want to sympathize with Rashi but I cannot because of the fact that even when her entire family's life is threatened, she cannot spare a minute's thought for them but only cribs about a few hours of discomfort.
That and the constant putting down of people in RN, the kids, the sound. Yeah, those were not there in MM but to me, a little bit of loyalty and pride from where you come from is what is needed.
Everyone needs a little luxury Anasuya. I will be the first to accept that. But given a choice of my family and its well being to a few hours of discomfort, I will choose their well being and my own. That means being a little sensible and thinking things through.
Rashi if she cannot be of any help, should atleast stop being a liability to her own life and that of her family's. I think that is where the difference lies😊
