It reminded of the initial days of SNS. Urmi and Rashi cornering Gopi and abusing her so much that she cried loads thinking she was the cause of all misery. I hated those times and the one thing that was back today was UrShi combining to make Gopi feel worse and manipulate her with a combination of oppression, intimidation and threats..
What is worse, Rashi made Gopi feel like a slave. She made Gopi pick up her Kangan, fallen below the sofa and ordered her to return it to her with a promise not to ask her to say the truth ever.
It was actually horribleđ Gopi running behind Rashi, trying to convince her to come back onstage and Rashi.. Rashi accused Gopi of trying to rig the lemonade she was given to make her lose. Rashi further made it known to Gopi that she is neither as beautiful nor as talented as she, Rashi and hence deserved to lose. And because the prize is to be shared, Rashi opined that she is better off without a prize than sharing it with Gopi.
It threw the light on how Gopi's childhood would have been. đ I can imagine the little child happily hugging a toy her mama had got her when Rashi comes in and breaks it. Further I can imagine her telling little Gopi that her dad got the toy and that Gopi 'stole' it from her. I can see Urmi adding to that accusing Gopi of taking away every one of Rashi's happiness and hers too. Horrible way to grow up wanting to set their accusations right.
Gopi as UrShi wanted, was in tears, pleading she did not do anything. She took in Rashi's words.. Was shamed to have won the competition and stood pleading with her to come back home as everyone missed her and wanted her to take part in the maha Kumbh. What more, Gopi did Rashi's bidding. She picked up that Kangan and decided that she will give in.
And then came the twist. Koki came to Gopi and handed Meera over. She then proceeded to make her cry by removing Meera's hand from her mouthđ Meera, who seems to cry at the very sight of Koki, balled more. But Koki softly explained to the confused Gopi that sometimes one needs to take a stricter approach to correct a mistake. Yes. It is hard to see children struggle but it is better that way (BTW, Rashi is no child. Wish Gopi sees thatđĽą)
Gopi hence is guided ably by her MIL and decides to return Rashi's Kangan and then tell her that she will not agree to her terms.
Ok let me be frank.. I loved the way Rashi and Urmi's face looked when Gopi told Rashi, rather very determinedly that she came only to return the bracelet as it was Rashi's but she does not agree with Rashi one bit.đ Loved how she stood strong. Rashi saw red. She walked off without listening to Gopi's plea that this is for her own good. It is ok I tell you. Rashi needs to now go back to RN and hear Kinjal's taunts (which she has alreadyđ) and more of her mother's rants and she will come running back to MM, in bad spirits and worse attitudeđ
What I hated.
** Urmila hinted that Rashi's MIls are mistreating her and yet Rashi said nothing in protest. Did not even blink. Her anger is with Gopi, what did her loving MIL do? That woman was falling on Rashi's heels all through to take her back home. Rashi is such a đ¤ŹđĄ
** The way UrShi cornered Gopi and the way they smirked when they discussed the same was horrible. As I said, reminded me of the day when they used the same thing on Gopi when Koki placed the Kangan in Gopi's hands before marriage. Why do not the CVs make Ahem or Koki see all this torture? I want, really want one big blasting for this duo from them..
** What should have been the happiest moment for Gopi turned into a nightmare as Rashi accused her of taking away her happiness. I cannot believe that the Modis took so long to come.. Ahem looked very unimpressed by Rashi's drama. Koki looked suspicious as Rashi stepped aside Hetal's question of how long she is planning to stay in her mother's house. Rashi again had her way.đĄ
In conclusion..
* Whatever the CVs plan, it looks like they think the one dip in Ganges will wash away all of Rashi's sins. But to me, after today nothing will make it better. I wish that Rashi loses everything and she rues every one of these relationships she has taken for granted. Yes. I wish that. I want Rashi to see how it is to lose Gopi's love, Hetal's love, Jigar's love and rue the fact that she took them all for granted. She has no forgiveness in my dictionary.
* I am glad that Gopi got over her guilt. Wish she had talked to Koki earlier. Gopi now has realized that she is making Rashi learn something good the hard way. So the end justifies the means. But unfortunately I think it is Rashi who has Meera and hence she is back to MM tomorrow.
I so wished she had stayed awayđ
