Although we can argue that Rashi wants only others to praise her and she will be good, I still see her doing things like ordering cheap things so that she can pay for her sari. If she really wanted, she could have made proper purchases and gotten the praise all to herself.

There is something wrong when one starts to think that the person who helps you the most is actually acting against you😕
