So the episode was again good today... Moved the story a bit more...
1. When Anita takes the saree she is lost in her own thoughts and doesn't know what she is doing... Rashi however tries to make Anita choose a different saree... She even looks at Gopi to see if she is ok with it... The creatives are working to make her look a little better before they make Kokila ask for her help...
2. Gopi feeling the pangs of jealousy and possessiveness but the innocent creature doesn't understand what she is feeling... Can't understand that she wants her Ahemji to herself... Sigh... But soon that is going to go away.
3. Rashi tries to make Gopi feel better... This time genuinely... She tries to tell her that it is human nature to feel possessive about your husband and every wife feels that way... And that it is not a bad thing... When Gopi keeps denying Rashi backs off saying that she doesn't want Kokila to think that all this is happening because of her. But she does manage to plant the seeds of being alert in Gopi's head I think...
4. Ahem nearly spills the truth to Anita but is saved by her reflection. He is really shocked to see her there and somehow gets out of the situation... but Anita is persistent and keeps thinking about Ahem's words.
5. A cute Ahem scene again with other ulterior motives. For some Godforsaken reason, Anita has no other place to go except the corridor infront of the Gohem room... My earlier argument holds... There is absolutely no reason for her to be there... walking thinking... or anything... The corridor leads to no where except the Gohem room... What the hell Anita does there is beyond my comprehension. So, we have cute moment between Gohem... Ahem stops Gopi from stepping on a shard of glass and ends up getting hurt himself.
6. When she is concerned he tells her that it is ok as long as she didn't get hurt.. Anita enters just then since she has no other work to do in her life. the creatives need to explain somehow as to why she keeps hovering there all the time... Anyway... she shows "over concern" about Ahem and barges into the room and that's when the main reason for the scene takes place... The broken vase... Anita is finally shown to have some brain cells as she immediately remembers hearing the crashing of glass on her last call... She begins to doubt...
7. After Anita leaves, Ahem asks Gopi about the saree in a controlled voice. On hearing Gopi's explanation he merely nods. He understands that Gopi couldn't say no and doesn't push it. He seems alright with it. He doesn't tell her about what happened before.
8. After the pooja (Jigar is present in this one by the way...looking leaner than before) as Gopi is distributing prasad... Ahem gets a call from Anita who is standing on the mandir balcony... She wants to check if her suspicions are true... Ahem walks out of the mandir without taking the prasad and Gopi is shown looking towards him as he walks away.
9. Anita finds out it is Ahem who has been calling her... She is shocked to the core. Ahem is confused when Anita doesn't say anything on the phone and cuts the call. The fram freezes on Ahem's face. He looks really disturbed by Anita's behavior. Obviously wondering why she didn't say anything to Nilesh and what is going through her mind...
Precap... Anita is hiding behind a pillar as Ahem is walking up slowly and lost in his thoughts. Gopi calls out to him once, he pauses but doesn't turn around. She calls out again, this time he looks at her and literally screams at her making her shiver. "Not right now!" The expression on his face is ruthless... Really as many have said the angry Ahem of old times in that scene. Anita too is shocked at Ahem's outburst. Gopi on the other hand is thunderstruck.
Seriously...Giaa's expression at that moment is to watch out for... Some good work there.
So... The significance of today is that the story is finally moving forward with the track opening up a little... Anita will misunderstand Ahem's every move and think he still loves her... being in such a tender emotional state she will think even she has feelings for him... Gopi will start feeling the pangs of jealousy stronger now.. And Kokila and Rashi will intervene to set things straight in their own stupid ways.
The best part is that today was the start of the transformation in Gopi that Giaa mentioned in one interview... "You will see a new and completely different side of Gopi in the coming track" Aish hopes this is what she was referring to.
Ciao for now. It was another decent episode.. A lot happened.
