I would have ...

1. Not fallen on the bed at the slight push from a frail girl.

2. If I did fall (for some weird reason) I would get up immediately... And take a few steps away from her... Unlike Ahem who took his own time to get up and stood right next to her throughout...

3. I would have apologized to the girl immediately and asked if she was hurt in front of everyone to let them know that it was an accident ...

4. I would have told everyone that it was an accident and that Anita came in after him...

5. If still people would point fingers at me or my family I would have stood my ground and firmly told them that it was an accident and that he and his family had nothing to do with it.

Trust me, this basic logic would have prevented this entire thing from happening. That groom's father would not have made such a big deal if Ahem had not acted like a culprit caught in the act. If Ahem was shown true to his character, none of this would have happened.
