I was trying a lot to reduce my weight .. and I managed it by watching SNS.. Thanks Saathiya..
I have joined my job some 1 year back as a manager Fianance and being at back office .. piled a lot ...and reached to not less than 78Kgs... much much higher for a guy having height of 5 feet and 8 inches.
An ideal weight for 5Ft 8 inches is 70-72kg... I was very scared of piling fat...
Then I started following the line -
"King-size Breakfast, Common Man's Lunch and a Beggar's Dinner."
It is quite hard to skip dinner.. very tough.. it need s a lot of self determination... strong will power... when your fridge is full of tasty edibles .. it is very tough...
The first thing I did ...
i) Removed all the soft drinks.. (i am a non smoker/ non drinker and a pure veg guy).
iI) Removed all the ice creams and junk foods...
iii) Filled the fridge with Apples and Oranges, Round Sapota, water melon, pappaya etc etc
iv) Stopped taking Teas... but followed Aham.. Green Tea without sugar twice in a day...
v) Heavy breakfast like brown bread.. fruit with a cup of milk
vi) Lotsof Salad in luch and then just 2 chappatis with one sabzi... a cup of curd...STRICT NO NO to RICE or POTATOES
vii) and then it is SNS time..
I sit in front of TV with a bowl of pappaya or water melon ..any other seasonal fruit... (my dinner time was 7.30pm initially.. so was easy to manage)
After watching SNS..i jump in to the forum and get myself busy with all the posts and comments.. it takes some 1hr... that means around 8.45pm... consequently i forget all hunger and so on and mind is totally diverted
After that some how manages by watching News channels etc etc
And go to Bed... at around 10pm... then get up at 6AM
SNS helped me in skipping dinners which definitely helped me avoiding carbohydrates after 6pm.. After 6pm i rely on fruits and milk / soups and juices...
Once again thanx a ton SNS... I am now 70kg with in 3.5 months
I know people will laugh at me.. what a rubbish post i have made...
But i thought I must sincerely thank to SNS.. it really changed my life.. Ek idea jo badal de aapki duniya
The best part.. NO GYM.. No Morning walks.. No work Outs... just controlled diet...😊
