Gopi and Ahem had been working hard in getting Rashi and Jigar together. It seemed all that did was bring Ahem to realize his mistakes. Jigar was like a mirror image of Ahem in how to treat a wife you want nothing to do with. Even though Ahem and Gopi were getting closer they had yet to consumate their marriage. Or even confess their love for each other. All they did was talk about family. The most intimate conversation they had was when Gopi had asked about Anita and how he felt about her now. Ahem had been honest and said "I do not love her and I don't know if I ever did. I feel if I had truly loved her then I would have done anything to make sure she is the girl I married. And I didn't do that, obviously. But then again I had never met any other woman like you. A woman who is selfless and kind and never sees anyone with doubts. You always see people thru rose colored glasses...I admire that in you. I hope you know I may have called you an unpud and gavar, but, you have proven to have more brains than some of the girls I went to school with. Now it had been a few weeks since that conversation and Ahem had told Gopi he needed to discuss something very important with her after dinner. So finish up your work early and meet me in our room. Ahem had gone to the study while Gopi finished her work. When it was time to go to the room Gopi saw Ahem still in the study. She went over there quitely and saw he was alone. So Gopi asked did you still want to talk about something. Ahem said we can talk here if you don't mind. Gopi had agreed. She went and sat in the chair next to Ahem and said is everything ok? Ahem then took her hand and said "Gopi, I want you to know that after our conversation about Anita I have been doing a lot of thinking about love and how I feel about it and what it is that I want in my life and as a wife. And all I could come up with is you. You Gopi...only you. I don't know how to explain it to you. All I can tell you is when ever I see your smile it makes my day a hundred times better. If I ever feel angry or upset because things don't go my way then I close my eyes and see your face and all is well and I am calm. Do you know I never knew when it happened but I fell in love with you. And the love I feel for you is so amazing that I don't think I knew life before I fell in love with you". Gopi by this time had tears in her eyes and she did not know what to say. All she could come up with is "ji...voh...ji...voh" and Ahem knew she was mumbling because she was too happy. He got up and went to her chair and picked her up and asked are you happy. Gopi gave him a very tearfull nod yes. He then out of happiness just started to go round and round. Gopi thought she was going to go dizzy and throw up. Luckily, Ahem saw her reaction and stopped and sat on the chair with her on his lap and inquired if she was well. She said if he had continued there would be a huge mess at their feet. They both touched their foreheads and giggled. Ahem said you still have to tell me how you feel about me. Gopi in her own shy ways she cupped Ahem's face and went close to his cheeks and whispered "I love you Ahemji...with all my heart and soul. I love you so much that I felt that I would explode just if you came near me". And then she kissed his cheeks in the most delicate way and then she hugged him. Ahem was so overhelmed that he said lets go to our room and winked at her. She saw the wink and went and hid her face in his neck again. He loved the feel of her so close to him. He said would you like me to carry you to our room? And Gopi afarid someone would see them jumped off his lap and said she would rather walk. Ahem took her hand and led them upstairs. When they entered their room they were in for a shock of their lives. The whole room was decorated with candles and rose petals. There was one red rose on the bed inbetween the pillows. Gopi looked around and saw Ahem and was afarid he would get mad thinking she did it before they had the talk and he would take back everything he said to her a while back. She went to Ahem and took his hands and said "I swear to you I did not do this Ahemji. Please believe me". Ahem at first confused, realized how much he had hurt his wife that she all of a sudden was in a panic mode. He took her hands and kissed both of them one by one and said Gopi this was done by Rashi because I requested her to help me while I kept you busy in the study. I wanted to do something for you to show you how much I love you. Do you like it? Gopi pleased HE did all this for her turned around and started taking in the sight in more details. Ahem made sure the door was locked and went to where Gopi was standing. He hugged her from behind and said..."I told you I have never known love like this before. This is nothing compared to how I feel about you. You make me a better man and I want to be a better husband to you. The kind you deserve my love". Gopi slowly turned around in his arms and looked up at him with teary eyes and kissed his neck. This did something to him. She could feel his heart beat faster and so she continued. Ahem was taken aback. His Gopi was initiating the lovemaking. Go figure. He was in awe of his wife and her love for him. He quitely thanked Kanaji for his wife and then pursued to return her kisses. He lifted her a little so her lips could reach his. Gopi was completely limp and extremely turned on. Kissing Ahemji was like heaven. Ahem took her mouth with his tongue and that made Gopi moan. They were so lost to the world that they slowly got on the bed with Ahem on top of Gopi and he let go on his hands from her waist and started caressing her anywhere and everywhere. They drove each other to a climax that was only written about but never experienced by any one. After the end of the climax Ahem kissed her harder on her lips and when they broke he looked into her eyes and said ' I LOVE YOU MY DEAR GOPI YOU ARE MY LIFE MY WIFE AND NOW YOU ARE MY ONE AND ONLY LOVER. TODAY I FEEL COMPLETE" and to that Gopi said 'I LOVE YOU AHEMJI, MY SWEET SEXY AND AMAZING LOVER AHEMJI'.

Ahem was so taken back by her words. He didn't even know if she knew the meaning of those words. He would ask her later. Right now he just wanted to enjoy the afterglow that they both had...He moved over next to her and pulled her to him and they cuddled. When Gopi was looking for her pillow Ahem told her from now on his arms and chest were her pillows and his body would be her blanket. She would never find herself alone in her life. Gopi smiled at him and said now I know nothing will happen to me. My Ahemji will always protect me and keep me safe. They both wished each other goodnight and kissed again and drifted off to sleep.
