'Mom jaldi bataye, Gopi to theek hai na? mum aap bolti kyun nahi''.'Wo'.she stared at him, her eyes were full of concern, she was deciding on how to tell Ahem about Gopi's condition. Very quietly she whispered 'Gopi's condition is not improving much Ahem dikra' her voice was barely audible. Ahen couldn't believe his ears. It was his fault he couldn't provide enough blood for his heart to survive. He failed even when he was given one chance by god. His heart started to beat faster, the world spun around him. He would never forgive himself. Never! NAHI! Aisa nahi ho sakta! He would never let his heart leave him or else he would never be able to live.
He rushed towards Gopi's room and swung the door open with his hand. He heard the beeping of the machines and saw that the pulse rate was lower than normal. He couldn't take it anymore! 'Gopi wake up, how can you leave me? You are my heart. Gopi wake up!' but his heart never responded, it stayed in the same position that it had been before. 'Gopi, please wake up.' The nurses came near him and tried ot calm him down. They explained that this could make the patient's condition worse. But ahem was in no mood to listen because at this point he needed to make his heart work! Leave me alone, I need to wake my wife up, I cannot live without her, she's my heart, don't you understand?' he screamed but no one listened to him. The nurses couldn't stop him so the doctor and the family men came and dragged Ahem out of their. He felt as if they were separating him from his life, if it never worked now then it would never work! He needed to wake her up right now!
Gopi! Gopi! Mere liye uth jao! Never in his life had he known that someone else's life would become more important to him. They had taken be away from the bed and they were near the door but his heart had not moved even a inch. The door was swung open and he looked back only to see that his prayers were accepted and his heart was beating again. 'Ahemji' it whispered. 'Ahemji''''.
'Gopi''. He ran forward and stopped just besides the bed and stared into those loving eyes. Happiness soared through his heart; every cell of his body was feeling happiness. He couldn't get the smile off his face, every inch of his body willed to hold her to his heart but he stopped himself in case he caused any harm to her. She smiled her cute smile and looked into his eyes. Ahemji mein' he put his finger to her lips to shush her and said 'nahi Gopi, ab tum kuch nahi bologi, mein tumhara sath rahoonga, hamesha ke liye. Tum ko khabhi chor ke nahin jaoonga. Par tum mujhse waada karo ke tum mujhko khbhi chor ke nahinjaongi.' Khabhi bhi nahin. ' (no Gopi, don't say anything, I will stay with you forever, I will never leave you. But you promise me you will never leave me, never)
His heart nodded, she smiled. Tears flowed out her eyes because of happiness. Gently he wiped them and held her face in his hands and very slowly kissed the top of her head. 'shh, no more crying, ab se tum khabhi nahin roongi, har kadam par mein tumhara saath doonga is liye tum ko rone koi zaroorat nahin.' Chahein katon ki rahe ho ya gham ke badal ho, khushi ya gham ho rahe pe mein chodna doonga. Sang teri rahoonga umr bhar. (from now on you will never cry, I will support you on every step that is why you do not need to cry. Whether there are path of thorns, or clouds of darkness, happiness or sadness, I will never leave you on the path. I will stay with you for your entire life.)
Saath nibhanoonga saathiya.

He hugged her to his heart and stayed like this for ages, their hearts beat together and will on every step of their life, they would always be there to support each other''..
After Gopi was discharged and had fully recovered with the support of Ahem, they had returned to Modi Bhavan. His mother had done the aarti and they stepped into the house to start a new, fresh and happy life'''

it's finished, i had a great time writing it, loved writing all the emotions and will dearly miss it...the good news is that i will be writing more for all of you!! and i loved all you lovely comments.
