I was thinking of the dynamics in the couples relationship in this show...in each individual relationship, and because of RaJi where they swapped feelings, but this kidnapping will bring them close again, with Goham could we see a swap too, where Aham is all gooey over Gopi and she not so much, I mean now she's receptive but after the accident I am dreaming she becomes hard to get and let him chase her for a while, perhaps a bout of amnesia, where she says she want's to stay with her Rashi behn at her uncle's house and we see a restless Aham following her there or we will just see him restless at the hospital whilst he waits for her to come out of critical condition (or we might have both, the hospital hysterics and her reluctance to go back with the Modi's).
