yaar if she had draped in regular style with the pallu free flowing i meant no pleats on d front than wearing it in the typical gujju style the saree would have looked better on her...the saree wasnt meant to be worn in gujju style ya... n the pallu on her made it some wat disappointing... it would have looked gorgeous it had been worn in d normal way ppl wear a saree ... some dresses are meant to worn in a particular way for it to look good... i bought a saree which looked gorgeous... when i wore in gujju or bengali style... but it wasnt good when i wore it in the normal way...it is the same in dis scenario too...

The pink seductive selection...😆😆

I like the last one the one with the purple. Because I can see her wearing them, but most probably the pallu she will pleat it on the right shoulder rather then drape it like the model did.

The other three choices are brilliant perhaps the two with no top showing are in-appropriate for Gopi, but change the blouse inside put one on with sleeves, more decent, they are beautiful also.

Yes, i agree with you. Gopi will wear them in a decent way. It is hard work to make them decent, believe me I have been though the seductive-decent conversions myself when see-through and net material became trendy. Well i guess nobody wears them inn real life the way models do.

I totally agree. Gopi's pink and white sari did not look good the way it she wore it. It would have been better if it had been one colour instead so that she could wear it with the pallu on her head. It was also a little old fashioned too.

Ahams choice was good ...
But gopis traditional gujrati draping of saree made its beauty of the saree hiddennn
Aham has to tell his wife to change her style of draping saree

I liked the sari, it was refreshing change, usually she wears the red or green, maybe this shows Ahem's choice which is simple. But I agree that is was not for the festive season, but for everyday look.

I loved the second outfit Shilpa ben posted.

Gopi would look wonderful. But that looks pretty heavy and expensive too. While our Ahem being Kokila's son, is kanjoos so didn't go for an expensive one, instead went to his friend's shop to get for even cheaper at discount 🤣

Yah I think that's the reason why he chose those lighter and cheaper versions for everyone, too much kanjoos Aham. I think he still doesn't know the one Tejas gave her is Rps. 50,000...he needs to know...😈, maybe we will get a more expensive gift next time.

I second you Taral.
NimmyRose, I agree with you totally.
He has never in his life had to make any clothing decisions himself. His suits, sherwanis and kurtas were all selected by his mum and now by his wife. He took Gopi along to select a saree for his mum as even though she means everything to him. He did not know her taste in sarees. His purchase of the sarees for all the women in MM would have been done over the phone. He would have called his friend's saree shop and ordered them - typical male attitude.
As this is his very first purchase he will learn over time her likes and dislikes.
BTW I love the sarees Taral, Shilpa and Madvoot selected.
