I am a bit disappointed with Ahem's choice...

I was highly disappointed with Ahem's choice of saree or the CVs for that matter. That sari was so old in style. I have one similar and its at least 5 years old. I don't even wear it anymore. This was a moment we were all waiting for when Ahem actually buys a gift for Gopi. And this is what we get. Rashi and Hetal's sari was even better. One of the main reason Ahem even thought about he idea was because he got jealous with the designer lengha. So then the sari should have beat the lengha, but it fell short real short. Also, I was hoping for a GoHem moment, where Ahem is left speechless, when Gopi comes down the stairs in her saree, but nothing like that happened. It was here we are at the Pandal for garba...with my new saree...Its ugly in my POV, sorry to whoever liked it. But its old, the color were really bad and it even looked more horrible with the pallu. Ahemji, clearance me liya tha kya???😆 I was hoping it was different from what she wore daily, but this was worse. Her daily saris are better then this. lol...and thats sad...😆 Ok so whoever agree, lets post what saree we wanted to be in the box from Ahem. I will go first if I can get this picture to load if not everyone continue. It will maybe give the CVs some ideas for next time. Gopi should have been a show stopper today but turned out to be ehhh...

Ok so it won't post...but this something I wanted to see her in...a new avtaar...(plus I want this sari for myself...hahaha)

I was also disappointed with his choice of saree. Saree is definitely good, but not suitable for a festival occasion. When everybody was dazzling in dark shades, I felt Gopi was out-shadowed by others even though she was keeping a very pleasant and glowing face. Had she not put that stupid pallu over her head, it would have been better. I know he chose a different style and different colour for Gopi compared to kokila, Hetal and Rashi (all similar pattern and colour) but it was not impressive one. Come on Mr. Ahem Modi, cant you afford to have an expensive saree for your wife when you are gifting her for the first time?

Truthfully I think he purposely bought her the simple and plain saree, he doesn't want anyone else to see what belongs to him. He is getting to be possessive, so he is hiding her. He is such a clever guy.

woww that is a good enough reasoning for him to buy a simple saree for her. But I wished for a royal looking Gopi though she was looking classy. No pallu again!!!!!!

I agree , I did not like gopi sari either... I hate to say this , but my nani wears light colors with white in it ... It looked like my nani 's sari, and that pallu need to gooo. Where did ahem go shoping , I would like the name of the store so I can take my nani there for her saris...lol
