its a tale of two girls Rashi and Gopi, as they set out on their journey of marriage. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya revolves around the story of two young girls, Gopi and Rashi who have diverse hopes, dreams and expectations from life. Raised by her despotic Mami, Gopi a nave orphan girl has always been ill treated by her aunt and cousin. All her life being deprived of mother's love, Gopi lives with immense hopes in her heart with only one expectation from life - an affectionate life partner and finding a mother in her Sasuma. Rashi, in contrast who always believes in having the best and primarily in her own ways wants to get married in an affluent family. Her desires from life are quite averse to Gopi's as she wishes to have a husband and mother-in-law who would always give in to her rule. Being Gopi's cousin, Rashi in her undermining ways has never been like a sister to her and has always treated Gopi as a maid. Will Rashi and Gopi get what they want or does destiny has something else in store for them??

So basicaly Gopi gets married to a rich brat who hates hates illiterate people, so basically he hates gopi for being an unpar gavar... so there no wife hubby relationship between them. Aham loves a girl anita, for his mother happiness he sacrificed his love and married gopi.. Rashi on the other how got married to aham cousin Jigar who innocent, joker perhaps..

Gopi doesn't have a hubby love.. been a fight between them...between her an aham as he hates her totally and doesn't want to see her sight not even one second (nikname Gohem)

Rashi - jigar the (RaJi for short) second lead couple... rashi is a spoilt brat.. doesn't let jigar come near her. she and her mother leaves no stones to humilate kaagri and chote kaagri and takes full advantage of gopi as she the elder vau.. and can;t stand that she has a higher position in the modi bhavan.

Jigar who is a man who loves to get too romantic and calls his grandmom by her name as she says that he reminds of his granddad..

basically both couple have no life, no relationship which a married couple should have..

last couple ... Dhawaal Kinjal.. Kinjal is a spoilt brat.. she leaves no stones to find out what urmi is doing.. Dhawal is a simple boy other words a male version of Gopi. Both don't have a relationshp of a married couple as well..

Basically its a saas bahu show was too be named Saasu Maa but later declared it to be called Saath Nibhana Saathiya and didn't change the Saas bahu concept..

No relationship between gohem (gopi-aham), raji(rashi and jigar), most likely we are all worried that Gohem should reunite and start their life and we need them in a romantic mood. LOL...
