this is what i said in another a thread so im just gona copy&paste it here

ok so ive stopped watching saathiya since after the episode when gopi told rashi to let her handle things her own way and rashi got peeved off...
I have to say after the switzerland track there was a glimmer of hope to finally see Gohem relationship buliding but cvs just focus on rashi and her mum...This is the problem i think viewers have,viewers want to see relationships buliding with the lead couple/couples and also within the family unit shown. i for one would love to see gopi and jigar develop a friendly and trustworthy jodi for devar bhabi like ranvir/sadhna from sapna babul ka bidaai,
and truth over come lies and good over come evil myabe not all the time but atleast a few times
Ahem is meant to be one of the main male leads but it seems like mani has more to say in episods than him..ahem's dialouges are so predictable all i hear him say is jai shree krishna mom and main office ja raha hoon and also zaorori meeting hai, i get the character is a workaholic but ever since the show has started thats all he says.

Coming to Gopi, the character is shown to have no self-respect,even if ur uneducated one still has self-respect, here everyone just tramples on her and abuses her...they need to show her get just a tiny bit stronger or even make the charcter start doubting rashi and her mum...

The bhoot story is too farfetched ( i read the lovely written updates),Rashi was pretending to be anita's ghost and say she's gona come a take ahem but hello,is anita dead,if she's not dead how can her ghost come?!!?

another thing which annoys me so much is how urmila manages to creep into modi house and creep out again without anyone knowing,i mean seriously? if someone was sneaking around in my house i would realise someone is there!

Finally want to add that i know this is serial so its not all going to be realstic but somethings are far to farfetched for viewers to understand or believe that they just stop watching thinking this is ridiculous.
Also isnt star plus trying to show woman in a stronger light? but saathiya is doing the total opposite of showing thier main female lead weak..only strong woman i would say in saathiya is koki.

sorry for the essay but needed to rant! and its just my opnion no offence to anyone

Thanks Everyone for responding to this thread, which was badly needed as we all are just frustrated beyond limits. And only way to cure is to rant out everything we have to say abt the show. I'll reply to each one of u later till then looking forward to few more and more responses from all other frustrated viewers of So Called #1 Show of Television SNS.

thank you Sadhli for this wonderful thread! Hopefully this will be the answer to the over flooded negative topics on the forum... This will now be a meditation place for everyone... Everyone can come spill out their anger, hate, frustration, tiredness and boredom. I love u for this. I had a big issue with all the same topic n all the negativity in the forum. Yes the show is becomeing boring or sad really, but we were losing the liveliness n love on the forum because of it. That was my only point. I hope I didn't hurt any one with my break down the other day. I truly apologize. Well I will visit again on the thread I am sure. And the chicken thing was just so stupid it left me speechless. I guess thy either want to show Gopi so helpless n dumb, so that when she does the smallest bravest thing it will look huge to the viewers. That is all I can think of for CVs to show Gopi so naive. Its like the calm before the storm...

I am angry at the writers because they are not making any progress in GoHam's life.

Forget about Urmilla, Kinjal and Dhawal!

Show us how Aham starts to notice Gopi without his Mom! How Rashi starts to respect Hetal and Jigar and love them like how Gopi does. Show us Rashi and Gopi help each other as being the bahus of Modis

Now that would be more like Saath Nibhana Saathiya!

these are the things that i want to know...through serials they should teach the world how to love , how to face problems and how to be happy...but in sns they teach...how to hate others ,how to create problems and how to be sad...
these 45 mts is really getting irritated...only bcoz of the actors im watching the show...they are really really superb...at first nazim was hopeless...but the main reason for me watching this is the great ahem modiii

Life, as it is today, is full of tensions & pressures be it at home, in school/college, in office, marketplace, etc. The objective of watching serials & movies is to escape for a little while the problems & pressures of reality. Now when they start showing evil winning over good, the person, needing an escape, becomes frustrated at the same things happening in serials. In real life, there's rampant corruption everywhere, there's a long queue for everything, etc where one has to part with honestly-earned money to feed the greed of the corrupt, where the powerful skip the queue on the basis of their position.

That's one of the reasons I am angry at the writers of SNS. The poor actors are doing their jobs with sincerity. I'm sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings with my arguments.

Hit the nail on the head Rana! I too am surprised that they don't take notice of their fan's reasonable demands.
