To Gopi, Ahem also looked different, he was still handsome, but there was a change in him that she could not describe, even to herself, but she could tell something was different. She lets it go and thinks I shouldn't worry about him, he knows how to take care of himself. She thinks to her self, bit bitterly, this is Ahem Modi an arrogant man who doesn't want or need anyone, except support from his mom and to be left alone to run his business empire, those are the only things he care about, oh and the love of his life Anita. Damn, why is she thinking this way, this is only temporary and remind herself to think with her head instead of her heart.

She goes up to Ahem and say Jai shree Krishna, he replies, papa said you wanted to talk to me.

Gopi: yes, I just wanted to see how you feel about me coming back temporarily, if you don't like the idea you need to tell me now

Ahem: shocked, thinking I can't believe she is talking to me w/o stammering or hesitating, what happened to he her Ji Woh?, I can't believe she is not scared anymore, and questioning me so confidently, he realized she was waiting for his answer, so he replies, no I have no problems you coming back temporarily, (his no so sure about the temporary part)

Gopi: ok, I also just wanted to let you know, you don't have to worry about me having any expectations from you, you won't have to worry about me getting in your way, I will only stand besides you when it is expected of me otherwise you won't see me unnecessarily, like I said I will try my best to stay out your way. All I ask is that if you feel you have to take your temper out on anyone, because of bad day at office, or because someone else did something, then please don't look for me, because that is one thing I will not tolerate from you anymore.

Ahem: unable to say anything, he is too shocked she is putting conditions in front of him in order to come back, he was about to open his mouth and blast her, but the look on her face stopped him, he took a deep breath and said, jaws firm, face turning red from temper anything else?

Gopi: knowing his about to loose it, and also loosing her nerve (he still makes her nervous, she is just hiding it well) says to him, after all this is over we should talk about officially separating (divorce) so you and I are both free to live as we want to.

Ahem: once again speechless, thinking what in the world happened to her, it was as though she was a completely different person, he didn't want to commit to a divorce, because he wants to resolve his feeling so he says to her, ok we'll see after Kinjle's wedding.

Gopi thought he would jump at the chance of divorce but she was wrong, she wanted to pursue it further but decided to leave it alone for now.

Ahem asks her if she was ready to go with him, she says yes, I will be right back and goes back to her room.

Ahem leans against his car thinking how he was going to handle this new Gopi, the things his father had mentioned that morning was running thru his mind, his thinking he needs to find out more about what happened in the past 3 months and even before then, he has decided he wants to know more about this new Gopi, he actually had smile on his face, and felt pride that she was able to stand up to him. His what else has she learned in past 3 months.

Once Gopi gets to her room she starts shaking, she couldn't believe she was able to get everything out without breaking down and stammering. It had taken all of her courage to look him straight in the eye and tell him all those things. She quickly put few more things in her bag, takes a deep breath and goes outside.

Part 10

When Gopi comes outside she realized she forgot the most important things, she went back inside and put sindoor in her part, so it can be seen now, hair still parted to side, wearing sari begali style and she also put her mangalsutra back on, when she goes to the car Ahem notices this, but does not say anything, they sit in the car and they take off.

At the MM Koki is still worried, Parag waiting to see if Gopi will come with Ahem

Kinjle still thinking all the thing she did for her love was worth it, she did not feel guilty about her part in Gopi living MM

Rashi on the phone with her mother talking about how they can ruin Kinjle reputation now so that Koki won't have any choice but to marry Kinjle to Dhaval. Both are sure that Koki won't be able to find Gopi anywhere because no one knew where she went that night, for all they know she could be dead.

The door bell rings at the MM, Koki calls out to rashi to answer the bell, Rashi quickly hangs up the phone and runs to answer the door before Koki could yell again, when she open the door, her mouth drops open and her eyes pop out, her face turn white as though she has seen a ghost.

Ahem is amused looking at her and thinking one of these a fly is going to fly into her and her mother's mouth if they both keep having the same reactions to certain situations.

Gopi does not say anything to Rashi, she does not even look at her.

Rest of the family wondering who is at the door come in the hall to see and are shocked at first but very happy once the see Gopi was at the door with Ahem.

Gopi and Ahem enter the house together right foot first, coincidentally. Gopi goes to Koki first and takes blessings from her first and then Parag. She then goes to Chirag and Hetal to takes blessing.

She says Jai Shree Krishna to Jigar.

Kinjle and Rashi both mad and worried, because now that Gopi is back they have to come up with something else to break up the marriage. Rashi goes off to call Urmi and Kinjle goes off to call Umang, who shouts at KInjle and say you have to get rid of her again, otherwise he will ruin her reputation and won't marry her. Kinjle gets worried.

Urmi advises Rashi to start her old tricks with Gopi to get rid of her again.

So who will win? Is Gopi strong enough to deal with both Kinjle and Rashi? Will Koki and Ahem support her after seeing the changes in her? Will Ahem start having feelings for her? Stay tuned to find out.
