Was it a wise decision?

Do you think that what Saloni did, by springing Kalika on Ambika, was a wise decision?

Right now, Ambika is hurt by her husband's deeds...(and any woman will be, if after all these years, they find out that their husbands, whom they trusted, did something, that is back to bite them!)

She can't think now of how Kalika must be feeling or how her mother must have felt when Narpat apparently abandoned her with a baby. She is still coming into grips with the fact that she was betrayed and deceived and she is not capable of thinking from another stand-point.
So this being the case, was it right for Saloni to just bring Kalika to Ambi and ask her to accept her? Wouldn't Kalika remind Ambi of Narpat's deceit? Isn't it a bit too early to hope that Ambika would accept Kalika, when her pain is still too raw and hurting?

Is Saloni right? It would be an ideal situation, 'cos the love-child is not to blame for its parents mistakes , but how many of us can raise above this and look at it from Saloni's point of view? Is Saloni once again being larger than life with a holier-than-thou attitude?

Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated...just want to know what you all think about it...

Sorry I was thinking about it.

I agree it was a bad decision on the part of Saloni.

In fact it was thoughtless she forgot before Ambika is a mother she is first a wife.

At this time Ambika is dealing with her husband's fall from grace. We all know the Ambika's character reacts and then cool down after a time.

I believe she should have discuss the matter with her family before springing Kalika onto them. I don't think she has the right to make that decision on her own. Also, Narpat should not have left her to deal with that mess. Saloni should have gone home and discuss the matter. In fact I believe she has now made the situation worst.

Personally I believe Narpat having a child is worst since it will always be proof that he loved someone before Ambika. I believe she can accept him loving Shyma but the child now is actual proof of his supposed 'infidelity'

Thanks judyp for replying to my post. 😊 For a while back there, I was thinking that this was a non-debatable post!

Yes, I agree with you...Kalika is a living proof of Narpat's infidelity and its very difficult for anybody to accept something like that when the betrayal and deceit is staring at your face!

And one thing that Saloni has to learn, no matter how good her intentions are, is that the way one perceives a situation is entirely different from what Saloni think's is the ideal one. And that you cannot force your views on someone else, without considering factors which affect their perception. (I know this is a fictitious show but...)

I too agree saloni should have discussed with Ambika and samar. Ambika is living with samar in his house. They no longer live in ancestoral house.

So saloni must have thought of both of their's feelings. Saloni feels that she is doing right by getting kali's right. But You are right about Ambika.
She must feel hurt seeing kalika as she is reminder of narpat violeting their marriage vows.

saloni is right by thinking about her father's wish
& she feels only if kalika stays with the family that the sourness between them will reduce
its true kalika will have to face the family wrath but later on things should be fine, which i think saloni knows & has asked kalika to stay with the family
