Food Therapy is not just about healthy eating. It is a complementary or alternative medicine that supports your entire body, mind and emotional state. Good nutrition will contribute to the health and well being of the immune, digestive, circulatory, cardiovascular and hormonal systems. It will support the body enabling it to repair itself and regain its vitality. It treats the cause not the symptoms. So lets plan the foods for the stressed and always in problem SP characters.

Saloni>Memory-spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, brinjal, apples, plums, apricots, almonds, soybeans, lentils

Nahar>Anger Management-coconut, cucumber, water melon, beans, rice

Urvashi> peace & spirituality> Milk, butter, fruits, wheat, cereals, green vegetables and less spices.

Tara> Depression> carrot, tomato, oranges, papaya, honey, beans, nuts.

Go ahead and post foods to be taken and to be avoided for other characters like Neel, Brijesh, Veer & more. You can also post recipes.

Members can also discuss the story track of SP.

Although I am very gussa with you di, i will comment 😭 ...will give u a hint for my gussaness ....it has to do with "kanishk"

Ok omg ur title is so long, i have to move the bar 3 times to read the whole thing 😆

I saw today's SP UK episode and it was good so i am going to watch more often now...thanks for suggesting 😳

I have some suggestions for Kaveri: she has to use less spicy food, no mirchi at all. I have read somewhere that mirchi makes your blood hot and this affects your mental state. By eating a lot of spicy food and peppers you will be more aggressive, you will be rude and you will be impatient and you will not get along well with others 😊

I also read that too much make up is spoiling ur face. it also makes u look older than you are. but are ways to reduce these negative effects of make up. you have to make cucumber juice and rub it on your face. let it stay for 10 minutes and wash it off. You can do this 2-3 times a week. You can also make a fresh mask with avocado, some drops of lemon and appel juice. And ofcourse this is fore kaki sa😛

Great I am sure you will enjoy it. Rajshree is a versatile and wonderful actress. Besides the story is engripping.

let me start with jiji's food..................she needs some coolers tho its winter but her head is always garam so i wud post a recipe for her
mint harebhare salad
ingredients........mint leaves , water, lots of sugar to increase her sweetness n reduce her bitterness, lill kala namak to bring swaad n lots of pyaar 😉
method.............grind it in a mixture n da output result is for jiji n dont forget to add cubes of ice which will reduce her garmi to some extent 😆
i wud ask jiji to eat fish..........as fish will increase her intelligence level which is almost nill
