Yup it did. But seema In India it is common practice for everyone to sit in living room. so i did not see anything wrong in it.
yes raksha, you are right that in India all sit in the living room, but not in huge mansions as such. actually even if you are not living in a mansion, when someone comes home and that guest is not of any concern to you, then you obviously don't sit in the same room. I'm sure Narpat Ambika would have had so much better things to do than to sit there. They could go for a walk or watch tv in their room or anything. Like when i was in college and my whole group of 12 friends came over, my mum used to make snacks for all of us and we just ate it and had fun and mum never sat there with us right there. i mean if my daughter's friends came over, i would give them their space, not just linger around near them. And here Narpat-Amika know exactly how kaveri is, then why did they have to sit that room and take in all those insults. I mean either they should leave the house or stay far away from kaveri
