confusion reg. new guy!! help!!

hey guys! correct me if i am wrong but the impression i got from watching the serial is that the man who was following yug and saloni informs someone else that we will have to keep an eye on yug . so i thought that yug has been sent by someone to cause problems and this guy on the phone( maybe neel) is keeping an eye on him in order to find out the truth. i thought that this new guy will be helping saloni for a change. and it cannot be kunjan coz he hates saloni and would not have a pic of saloni on his desk.
