Police take Nah away as Sal runs after them.
Outside
Nah tells Police he hasn't killed Shitij. Sal tells them to stop and they are mistaken Nahar is innocent. But the police go and Sal falls down crying. ( waqt ke saath kitne hi'..)
Brij LR
All have sullen faces and Kali bends at Kaka's feet and says all is finished .
Road
Sal is running and starts to bang on the door and calls for her mother.
Samar House
Police Stn
The police men are playing cards and chatting . One of them says that these rich people get lots of money and with it their desires keep rising. They can do anything for money. Another man adds yes one brother can kill another. Nah is miffed and retorts he hasn't killed his brother and this is a lowly accusation. He is innocent. The policemen reply everyone who comes to police stn say this and its everyday affair for them. Nah sits down distressed and cries.
Brij House
Shitij body is being taken and Kali says please don't take my Shitij. Brij-Kakasa and Tara Bhabho are crying.
Samar is driving and Ambi is consoling Sal.
Brij house
Bhabho is praying and Brij consoles Kakasa. Then Brij goes to comfort Bhabho who says Nah cannot do this and Brij says he knows and he too wont believe it for a moment if God comes there and says it
Jail
Nah is weeping.
Police Stn
Samar tries to wake up the Police Inspector. They want bail for Nahar but the Inspector says it's a murder case and bail cannot be given. Samar asks there must be some way but Inspec refuses. Sal requests to meet Nah and again the Inspector denies. Sal gets angry and raising her voice tells him he is stone hearted but she wont leave unless she meets her husband once.
Nah hears her and calls for Sal who rushes inside, Policemen follow her inside.
Prison cell
Sal sees Nah and both get sentimental. Sal tells him her heart says he didn't do it, he shdnt worry soon the truth will be out. Nothing will happen to him. The police take Sal away leaving a dejected Nah.
Next day Morning
Shamshan ground
Kakasa is carrying the pot and circles ard the Shitij's pyre. He then breaks the pot and lights the pyre. He wails what wrong did he do that his son was snatched? Then he abt to fall as Dheer-Samar hold him.
Brij LR
Kakasa sees the photo of Shitij and gets emotional. Kali comes and touches his feet. She tells him that today is the 1st day of case hearing and she will fight for punishing Shitij's killer. She has seen in his eyes pain and tears for Shitij hence he shd accompany her. . She wants him to bless her so that she gets justice to Shitij. Kakasa tells her she shd give strictest punishment to the killer.
Outside Court
Kali and Kakasa are going together when they see Sal standing. Sal says she shd listen to her once being an elder sister. Kakasa tells Kali not to waste time but Kali tells him to go ahead and she will follow. Sal says she knows Kali lost her husband but punishing an innocent wont make him return. How can she think that Nah did this? Nah is innocent and they shd together look for the murderer. Kali says being a lawyer she has faught many cases and when the criminal is one of our own its difft to accept. Its her duty to punish the guilty and she gave her heart to their fly and accepted as her own despite what her father did to her. In return she is made to live a widow's life and snatched an old man's support. She has vowed to bring justice and rajputni's abide by it. Kali goes ahead as Sal keeps saying don't do this.
