hmm.. firstly i would say that don't forget tosty also left her job.. she also had work before.. the problem is not with nitika's job.. it seems that she should also help..

first day of job, tosty cooked all the food and she then went .. so don't say that anyone is at fault.. don't take me wrong but she should also help

nani maa shouldn't have come in this family..

Nitica should help in house work when she comes back from work and men sitting home should help in house chores.

Ved is anyway useless. He is also ready to help Toasty in household chores then why's he not asked for help and Nitika is forced to housework? First the C-men should help around. There's no rule that women are born to cook and clean and men to sit on ther ass in the saree shop. Annoying joint families and age old Nani, spider woman Toasty.
