First time when u need to convert record in mp3, you need to locate the file lame_enc.dll

I hope you have downloaded the given file from the links given, the file is used for conversion to mp3 format. However locating that is just one time exercise during first conversion. Later the system will locate the file itself. Locating the file is just like locating any other words or excel file. For that see where have you saved the file😊
