Well.... you definitely don't need a breath freshner after that dish 😆 You realize mint and basil are rather similar.... really, you can substitute one for the other in a pinch... so you have a redundant dish there 😆 I haven't had good experience with Thai food yet. Shall have to try it out sometime...might even try this dish
