ARR for sure 😊 Closely followed by SEL and VS.. After listening to OSO, I have become a big fan of VS 😳

AR Rahman is on all music lovers's list.I don't need to introduce him.

I love VS,their music is so youthful and fresh.I love the OSO album.Especially Ajab si.

S-E-L come up with really cool tunes alot of the times.But sometimes they start getting a teeny weeny repetitive.Their still on my top fave list ofcourse.

I liked Pritam's music in Metro alot.It was beautiful.Jab we met's track was really nice.I liked Tum se hi alot.He's never been on my fave list permanantly because at times he creates such wonderful compositions and the next thing you hear is garbage coming out from his other album.

Most horrible music director:Himesh reshammiya.I'm sorry.I am not able to understand why Himesh is called a talented music director.Most of his tracks are garbage quality and repetitive.Most of his songs sound the same.Their might've been a few of his songs I liked,but that's just a FEW!

I miss Jatin-Lalittogether they create magic!

At the risk of sounding repetitive I'll say,ARR(of course)and ID, I know he is out of work,but when he works,he leaves the others far behind.
A tad below wld be SEL(getting li'l repetitive nowadays) and Shantanu Moitra(sounds good till now)

Note: The Filmfare award for Best Music Director when started in 1953, was given to a particular song and NOT the entire album. So in 1953 Naushad got the Filmfare award for Best Music Director for the song "Tu Ganga Ki Mauj" from Baiju Bawra and in 1954 S. D. Burman got the Filmfare award for Best Music Director for the song "Jaye To Jaye Kahan (Talat Mahmood version)" from Taxi Driver. From 1955 onwards Filmfare started giving the Best Music Director for the entire album. Hemant Kumar was the first to get the award for Nagin in 1955.
