Going by pure musical standards, Amaanat should have won the contest.

Ashish Kaul: Then he should not have been judge in the first place. He is talking about morality and ethics now. Where was he when in the last season Debojit won the contest and not Vineet, when everyone knew that Vineet was better?

Although I think Ashish did an alright job replyin to the other allegations, allegations 2 and 3 are weak.

If Zee had a fixed system, then and only then can the judges really all have the same opinion. The result of clashing opinions comes from a lack of structure.

Allegation 3 is about Amanat, yet Ashish talks about Ismail and how he shouldn't be judge? Lol. Ismail raises a finger at them, while Himesh, during the contest, lets his emotions rocket as he did things like a) campaign Aneek b) Cut off other judges incessantly c) blame Raja for Mussarat's elimination d) blabber on about this stupid Love Triangle etc.

Why do they keep Himesh and look down upon Ismail? Duh. 'Cause Ismail makes them look bad while Himesh brings in the money.

Zee's still got a long way to go, in my view, to grow roots in a professional standard. They're very flimsy.

Zee played very well this game but I am 100% sure aneeks win is not correct ID 1st time said true.

Allegation 1

This year there was no live voting system unlike last year when Debojit won. This year the results were just brought in a sealed envelope to be announced by the celebrity guest Akshay Kumar.

Ashish Kaul: There was no live screen voting system last year. We have an organisation with a modality platform which is largest in the sub-continent. The data is collected when we get the SMSes and then we hand over the results.

What does this even mean? Zee still needs to explain why results were out before they were announced LIVE on Zee.

Going by the number of votes, Raja, undoubtedly, should have been the winner when Aneek was the least expected to win.

Ashish Kaul: I think it is sheer frustration. He himself is part of the system and if he had a problem then, why raise a voice now? The rules were laid down from day one, there is no point in questioning it now.

Mr. Ashish Kaul has not answered the question. If Raja had the most votes, what kind of rules have Zee laid out that they allow for Aneek to be the winner?

Allegation 5

Last year the voting lines were live and Zee TV didn't want Debojit to win the contest and that's why they didn't pay attention to his career.

Ashish Kaul: We did what we had to. According to Ismail, we wanted Vineet to win and not Debojit, but we went by the viewers' votes. Debojit won and we respected that decision. One has to understand that there will always be sympathy votes and it also happened in the case of Divakar in Little Champs. No one can say that Sanchita was not up there. So we can't argue over this at all. According to the format of the show we must give the best possible playback singer, and we stuck to our format. Debojit got what he deserved.

Again, he is throwing the musical abilities of Zee's own finalists and contestants under the bus? This is beyond unprofessional and tacky. It does nothing to reassure viewers that Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is a talent hunt worth watching. Furthermore, if this interview is real, the fact that Zee can openly say they want one contestant to win more than another is very telling. Who they want to win should not be relevant to the discussion, and it is disturbing that they would think otherwise. If they want to keep pushing one contestant over another, without any accountability, then do not even have any public voting. Zee should just declare who they want to win and save everybody the trouble.

Allegation 6

Zee TV refused to send singers Aneek and Mouli to my show yesterday in Surat, thus trying to blackmail me to stop talking to the media.

Ashish Kaul: If we wanted to pull out, we could have done that on Monday too, when he had a show, but the fact is that Mouli and Aneek are unwell and so they were unable to perform at the show.

Hope Mauli and Aneek get well soon. 😉

Zee TV should make a fiction film rather than a reality show…

Ashish Kaul: All I can say is that we have moved on after Friday when the contest got over, and even he should. It would be great if he concentrates on his career rather than making irresponsible comments.

Do you mean the advertisements shown and parts of earlier studio shows shown on TV were Live???? You dont need anyonw to answer your question here... just a general knowledge that the there was a little difference in the shooting of finale and screening on television😊

He answered that the result is done by public voting and not musical standards and its true that Aneek has got most votes.... and he gave example that debo got max votes even if it was widely believed that Vineet was better (ofcourse there were more better contestants who were eliminated before again based on voting)

How did the person questioning know that going by number of votes raja was undoubtedly winner??? the question itself is biased and has faults.... Going by votes Aneek is undoubtedly the winner and hence live with it now😊

He said that Zee did what Zee had to.... that was answer to the question... and I know debo went around in world Zee concerts, he even performed in Zee awards functions, his album was released.... what else you want... he was given manager too.... but no MD wants to work with him so is it Zee's problem????

Zee is not refusing that they manipulated the results. What rule is Ashish taking about? Is Ashish pointing to the rule that was posted on rediff that the producer of the show has the ultimate authority in deciding the winner? so he is saying that ID knew about this rule so why is he frustrated now? Now I am sure the results were manipulated coz why is Ashish not saying no the results were not manipulated and we have the proof. Zee is simply not denying the manipulation and is saying that it is one of the program's rule that the producer can manipulate the result anytime. At least this what I make out the zee's response to this allegation.

Even by just a slip of tongue Kaul could have mentioned it as Friday instead of Saturday.. Common such mistakes can be ignored.. Why make a big deal out of it as to why he said friday 😕
