Injustice to poonam...

Poonam was one of the strongest singers of sa re ga ma pa show... instead of that.. she did not get any offer to sing as a playback singer...it's an irony that except poonam top 6-7 singers of this show (Raja,Aneek,Amanat,Sumedha,Mauli,Junaid..etc) have some offers..with them ,....even ...Singers like sunil.and..Nirupama..are also given offer's.. but...poonam is still deprived of this...I still don't understand why????

on her exit.... she said that ..she needs to a guru...to groom her singing abilities... no one came forward...except vishal sekhar.... and they too did not give any offer to her....like sekhar did in sumedha's exit.....I would say.... Sa re ga ma pa and the esteemed judges (himesh, ID) used ...the story of poonam to raise the TRP of the show....and at the end ....Poonam has to do this , all alone...without any support.....please do share your opinion on this...

no poonam sang a song for bal ganesh... i saw it in hungama with junaid and aneek i think...
but don't worry i'm sure ID or somebody will do something for her and yh she is going to be one of the best playback singer of bollywood 😊 😊

Don't jump to conclusions yet.I rememebr after EMAET, Zee TV had arranged for a Guru for Rajeev, one of the contestants, who had rmade a similar request. So may be they will do it.

It is so obvious that she was indeed groomed by Ismail Darbar in the past 5 months, so may be he will continue grooming her.May be this they don't want to publicise.

Poonam has a voice that is not suitable for a general type of songs like Sumedha's is. Sumedha can playback for any leading actress for any kind of song.However, for Poonam is has to be specific kind, which does not happen so regularly in movies.Eg. The lambi judaai type of song in Hero. So when the right opportunity comes she will surely get roped in.

Lets hope for the best.Her talent can't go waste.

i had also started a similar post and i agree. sachche dil kee dua, hum tumhare saath hain. are supportive statements. nothing is committed. she is the one that needs real work. other contestants have their parents supporting them. poonam on the other hand needs income to support herself, her mother and her daughter.
i wish there was something we could do. does anyone know how to get in touch with her, and ID VS etc. even pandit jas raj has so many ssinging schools.

She will I am sure.👍🏼 And Paljayji very well said. The example is Poonam herself.

Poonam was probably too good for the music directors to rope her for any of their projects. I am sure once ID gets a project he will make Poonam sing a lot of songs and give her a huge break like he had given Shreya Ghoshal. I am sure after that Poonam will have no looking back.
