Constructive critisism is good. But critisising just for the sake of pulling someone down is bad. If Raja was really bad according what HR said, he could have told him in better words. But he just wanted to bash Raja for the sake of doing it. It was obvious from his words. Good Vishal gave him back.

the best part about Vishal, he enjoys everyone's performance.. he encourages them...
but HB... he sits expressionless... trying to brushup his strtegy in his dirty mind... good that he keeps it covered.. otherwise so much dirt would keep falling off everywhere to pollute the environment.

Vishal did try to give HR back the taste of his own medicine, but he was partially successful. Himesh is so self absorbed that he didn't realize the message, he was just bent on proving his points and continuously speaking to have the last word.

Vishal tried it but then didn't continue doing it, coz' it's not their style.

And I think he should not give it back. Himesh is master of that dirty game, the more he will try to confront him, HR will increase it manifolds as that is what he likes doing.

Its like wrestling with a pig in mud. If you try to wrestle with a pig, only you get dirty, the pig is enjoying every bit of it. (Just an example)

And that is why when V stood up for Raja.....the look on HR's face was to die for...

But the result was that he we went all out after V & Raja....which is great coz he let down all his pretenses and we the janata saw another ugly roop of his.....
