Amanat is a Qawwal by training. But unlike Mussarat, who is also a Qawwal, Amanat's voice lacks khanak to be a mainstream bollywood singer. He cannot be Sukhwinder because Suhwinder has more crisp voice.. similar to Raja. Amanat can replace Shafqat Amanat Ali but then he needs 5 more years of riyaaz before he can replace Shafqat.

Right now, Amanat cannot sing for SRK, Hrithik or Akshay or any other bollywood top star. But Raja can and Aneek can.

I am very disappointed of Himesh to get after Raja only because he got a break in Bollywood and now Himesh is jealous. He is unecessarily pulling the legs of a good singer and a very good human being.

Thats just my 0.05 cents and why everyone needs to vote for Raja.

So true. I am mad at Himesh too for trying to break Raja's morale and trying to clear amanat's entry in to the final. I so much wish for the final to be played between Raja and Aneek. People, please vote for Raja. He must be sent to the final.

To each one's own opinion of taste. I thought we had heard enough from Himesh R. about whose voice suits Bollywood stars or not, but I guess some folks cannot get enough. I will leave the question of Raja's suitability with Indian film stars to HR. May he address this in the next episode 🤢

I for one find Amanat, Sumedha, and Aneek to be the most mainstream and playback-ready. Though, my favorites are Amanat, Sumedha, and Poonam. Not Aneek, who is the most mainstream out of the c2007 lot. Being the most mainstream is not everything. As a matter of taste, I prefer singers who are accessible enough to embrace some of the current trends and traditions in music but still have some individuality and fire/dard in their music. I do not hear that emotional depth in Aneek's singing, only sweetness and fluff. He is very, very good, I can appreciate this all technically, but most of his performances do not move me - there are a few exceptions to that, but overall Aneek's feel is too sappy for my tastes. Whereas Amanat and Sumedha always move me - so does Poonam, though not as consistently.

I used to find Raja's singing very moving, but his performances have been one dud after another lately.

Amanat is not qawwal, accepted. But he too is a ghazali.

Lets face it folks.. Raja is not the same anymore & he needs to really pull up his socks... Raja is very good at this genre but then again He is not mainstream to sing playback for many heroes.. That to be is Amanat!!!

Amanat has proven he is not only versatile but he has done complete justice to evey song across genres that he has tried thus far! He does not resemble any leading Playback singers today & in that sense would be a fresh air to the industry! This guy has a super strong base & many of his performances remain memorable to his fans.. so much so.. He makes us wonder which is his best.. coz he has been so very consistent!

I do like Raja, But from what I see he ranks below Amanat & Aneek....Maybe even Poonam.. If Harpreet & Junaid were here.. I would have placed them ahead of Raja as well..
