HR's confrontation of Raja ;good or bad.

You think unnecessary confrontation of Raja by HR on saturday has helped Raja by creating a sympathy wave and motivating his supporters all the more to vote for him. Or he will loose votes because of it..

Do you think HR was intentionally trying to put down Raja or he just happened to be making some casual remarks and his intention was not to hurt Raja..

after what my bhappi da has been up to 😭 , it s so hard for me to judge / comprehend these mentors now.

one thing is - raja's performance on the previous day ( aake seedhee lagi) was outstanding and it took aneek's performance head-on.. I was wondering if that had made Himmy a bit nervous. Raja Hindustani's performance on saturday gave Himmy his golden chance to show raja down. the guy has not given a lack lustre performance so far, although i admt he put me off earlier by talking too much..
Himmy was opportunistic there, yet i doubt he was causing intentional harm. It looked more instinctive to me.
I could be very very very wrong. After all, who has been Bhappi's fan all along? 🤢 .. me! 😭 😭

I know it was not his attention to hurt Raja. he kept saying that he is the best singer and people should continue to vote for him, etc. ...... In all honestly, that was truly the poorest peformance I've seen of Raja. Before HR said anything , I felt he had no feel in the song. Only because that is one of my favourite songs and his sur was off many times.

I thought he was still encouraging people to vote for him and that people should not be discouraged by one bad performance. I am actually suprised that Raja somehow was a bit rebelious with him when he said that he had no idea that his performance was bad and he would not be on this show if he new. I felt he was being a bit defensive. that's just my opinion.

It was Bappida's reference to Mauli that really bugged me. As if there is a comparison between Raja and Mauli.

Was there any confrontation from Raja's side? I do not think so! Raja just said he was not aware of where he had gone wrong but HR felt Raja was not telling the truth and when Raja said that he would not have sung that song at the contest if he knew he was wrong in many places, at least his mistake in Sthayi was not a slip up , he seemed to have indeed practiced it that way and sung the same way throught. He was not able to hit the correct shruti at low notes but HR was not talking about that. It looked like a confrontation only because HR was not convinced with Raja's answer and he suspected that Raja was lying!

It is very obvious to everyone who's watched HR's antics over the last few months that he was intentionally trying to put Raja down. 😡
He knows very well how popular Raja is and how much of a fan following he has. He is the biggest threat to Aneek--as far as the competition goes.

um... didn't HR told raja that he's good in his genre and he shud stick w/ it... and then said that he's a gr8 singer! Raja denied that he isn't a gr8 singer... if he was then he wudn't had been competing.... which was why HR kept saying that he shud know how gr8 of a singer he is....

in my opinion, himesh's confrontation with raja will gather sympathy for and win him some votes yet, i think his votes wont be that high this time. i have a feeling he'll end up in the bottom 3 but survive from being eliminated.

i dont think he was trying to put raja down. himesh talks a lot, but this time there was a little bit of truth in it for a change. but whatever, i still wish he would just shut up. cant zee like offer him more money if he promises to keep his words to a minimum?

No, it was not about making Raja accept that Raja is a great singer. The conversation prolonged because Raja said he did not know where he had gone wrong. HR's point was , being a great singer that Raja is, how can it be that Raja does not know where he had gone wrong? In fact HR went went to the dias with Raja and demonstrated how the lines should have been sung!

Zee is rumored to have paid him 15crores for this season. I think they should give him some more to leave and never return!
