Well in all fairness Raja did miss his sur so he shd have accepted his mistake instead of acting naive. He is a probable winner of SRGMP too and is trying to become a professional singer and shd definitely know at this level where he went wrong. HR was right and he was polite too. VS too seemed to be upset by Raja's behavior wonder why they didnt intervene.

Hope Raja returns to his former politically correct self and wins over with his great singing.

This fairness is not very lovely. I didn't find him that bad. He was ok for me. So it can't be generalized that he was out of 'sur'. And who decides sur. Why is it mandatory to sing the song exactly as the original? I think they have to sing a song not mimic it..

And as far as Raja's response is concerned, he has all the rights to express his opinion as it is allowed as per the Indian Constitution, Freedom of Speech.

i am NOT a fan of HR since 2005.
i like raja's singing aLOT. but the facts are that raja has had not so good performances that is why he was out three times. he sis one of the lucky ones along with being a great singers.
that day was one of his weak performances. his mentors agreed. and that is okay. raja does have a defensive streak and did react that day in a defensive innocent appearance. he has done that before too in subtle manner. HR did not MISS the opprtunity to be critical. but i agree that with Raja's level of singing, ability and experience for him to say he doesnt know that he was off sur is not believable.
i hope he stays in the competion. but there are only 3 more people to go and allfive are better than the next.

Being out is not at all a criteria of being good or bad..

He is not a robot. He also has emotions and free will. he will do whatever he feels like. If someone claims to be his fan, he/she has to support him unconditionaly otherwise he is not a fan, he is just a consumer (music is just a product in that case).

The song needs to be sung as per its creation by the music director who decides the notes for it see the music and the voice need to be in sync or else there would be no harmony.

Raja was good overall but that doesnt negate his flaw. Yes he has a right to express his opinion but its not wise to make a fool of one's own self esp on TV.😊 I like Raja and he is a good singer but being obstinate that he is unaware of his mistake is a faux paus on his part.

For me the most important thing is whether it is fake or real..

A fake humble is worse than a real obstinate..

And he didn't make a fool of himself, but HR made a fool out of him...
