Amanat used "Pak Watan", here Pak means Pakistan...
just one member said that and i think a million people cleared that misconception
**Pak Watan** doesnt means Pakistan it means PURE COUNTRY.
What does Pakistan mean? It means "Pure land," which is the same as pak watan. I don't know what is the point of this argument here? All the singers from pakistan sang the songs they wanted to sing. No one forced them to do any thing!!! Considering the Independence day celebrations happened to be in India, what was so wrong in expecting that the participants would sing if not Indian, neutral patriotic songs. We did get our Independence together--right?? Why this fight??? It's not matter of a Pakistan-India....These our created boundaries. Our ancestors created the land boundaries, and now we are strenghtening the divide by creating emotional boundaries!!! Let's stop it here....Media is enough for this dirty job. We should try and not get influence by the media. Remember, we should not fight with pigs in the muck, they will enjoy it, we won't (dirty media here being pigs!!)
