those people who r saying that they dont know which lyrics they chnaged from the song i request them to listen to the original song then they will know which lyrics they changed from the songs. u guys think that its a small thing but its not.

people are saying that even indian contestent didnt said indias name in those song they sung. but the songs they sung were indians right and they didnt even change the lyrics for indian songs then what was the point of changing the lyrics for pakistanis songs. Yes they did change the lyrics for pakistani songs. let me ask u guys something. if this show was in pakistan and indian peoples were asked to sing Pakistanis song on pakistans independence day would u guys accept that. no right then y the hell they did to pakistanis contestents.

Are you sure they changed the lyrics ? I could clearly hear Amanat sing "mera pak watan".

U are right maybe even indians would not agree.Infact pakistani contestants did not agree to sing indian patriotic songs in the first place.And why should they when even they had their independence day at the same time.Good to see Zee respected that feeling of their. but just a question now. if they could put their foot down not to sing indian patriotic song then why didnt they do so for the lyrics change.😊 maybe there was some reason behind this too. so plz... its a request... better not jump to conclusions and start blaming anyone this way.😊

i m kinda divided on this! i understand tht they r in india and they cant just go arnd singing pak patriotic song(but it was kinda wierd tht they kept saying tht they r celebrating both countries n stil made pakis chop off or change the lyrics!
since m pakistani n m very patriotic, b4 watching tht epi i kept tellin myself tht its not gonna be all i love paki epi but i still have to say tht i was dissapointed. paki ppl dint look too happy either since they prolli werent allowed to sing too patriotic songs like dil dil pakistan etc, n the mentors dint realli appreciated them either!

"Pak" word is used for Pakistan too in urdu literature... so many places "Sar zameen-e-Pak" is used for Land of Pakistan....

no pak is not used for pakistan in urdu language. yes some songs n lit do say sar zameen-e-pak but tht doesnt mean Land of Pakistan, it means Land of the Pure - which could be any country.

Many people were saying that Pakistani singers sang their country's Patiotic songs and refused to sing Indian songs. First, of all they are Pakistani. Second, they even changed the lyrics of their songS. Instead of saying "Pakistan hai hamara, Pakistan hai tumara", they said something else....,,,by changing the lyrics.

Going Off topic, Mussarat didn't sing the part where Fakhir mentions Pakistan. Isn't that enought? I hope they get the votes and people don't stop voting them.
