true i think she can do only item numbers but not sure how good she will be

I don't see her making it in bollywood.. bollywood has a lot of good item number singers who can actually SING and are 1000 times better than SanjayaBen. As for other genres, unless there is a need for a song to be sung horribly, i don't see any MDs needing her

Mauli might qualify for "performing" an item number rather than singing it I suppose..she has that kind of popularity and presence already..she even danced in one of the zee serials "Parivaar..." for Maiyya Maiyya..

I'm not so sure abt her becoming successful singing-wise..the MDs might be doing all the wah wah! during this contest (I honestly don't know why) maybe bcos zee higher officials want them to for the TRPs..but when it comes to selecting a singer for their composition for a movie, I am pretty sure nobody wud step ahead..all her flaws wud be very visible then..

😆😆 Thats what I was thinking too..Among those Gurus, only Himesh and VS seem to be "employed" as of now..the other two don't seem to have any projects on hand right now, and since a long time..

I think that Ismail is a great MD, but probabaly a bad marketer (i.e., hard headed?).

Oh ID is very talented, no doubts about that!! I can't think why he does'nt get more offers..I love his compositions of HDDCS and Devdas especially..but I read an article about him trying to compose something new as per today's ppl's choice, under HR's advice and with his help..
