I enjoy the way Bappi da sings in Bengaly n requests Bengalis to vote for his Gharana contestants.
I can't stop laughing when he says,"Achha Perfarmance tha"
n when he does 👍🏼 to contestants when they are performing.
n also when he engages in self praise like-
Im the only composer, jisne char singers ko gaana diya hai.. you don't worry Im with u" 😃

I find the outfits worn by the contestants really funny.. Sajid even pointed that out once I think it was Aneek.. he called Aneek's blazer a "carpet".. I couldn't stop laughing.

C2005 I didn't find any such nonsense.. that show still had class compared to this year. The contestants even had a good designer then.

Now its become more of a comedy central episode..

MD and guests constantly coming on stage to hug contestants is unbearable. Himesh repeatedly asking other judges to change the scores of his chela's is just ridiculous..😳

oh yeah!! the mento-meter is a big joke ..and and the mentors act,comments can give the blondes run for... 😉 😆

that carpet remark was funny but cheap 😆 😆 😆 , i cannot imagine myself wearing a carpet 🤢 🤢 🤢

Also it looks like the mentors, and at least some of the guests, have fixed roles assigned to them.

HR is definitely one of them. One action that has remained constant between C05 and C07 is blowing kisses at his favorite. First Vinit was at the receiving end, now Aneek.

The other is Dia Mirza. She specializes in the I love you stuff.

The biggest joke is the mentograph whatever. Points are given for coming from Assam, and all kinds of nonsense.

Some of the guests, and their empty promises are quite funny too. Sajid was the funniest.

Then the girls are dolled up like for a fancy dress competition instead of a singing talent hunt - Poonam's weird hairdo, Sumdha's barbie doll outfits.

Himesh is a one man laughter show by himself. his sole purpose is to raise TRPS (in return for Rs 14 crore). You have to admit he does a good job with all that talk fo roti etc.

Coming back to the singing, except for occasional flashes of brilliance, which are getting fewer and far between, things are going down the drain.

Sa re ga ma pa rocks.... contestents in the show are fabulous......as comparison to Indian Idol and VOI..... so please never say again that "I find myself laughing more often than listening to music on C07."
