What Makes Mauli Shakira :S

Hey guys, I was thinking about what makes mauli be called shakira? Is it her singing or dancing? bcuz frankly mauli neither sings like shakira or dances like her, so Bappi Da really needs to find names that suit the person. Mauli doesnt even come close to shakira
