2 legends n just 1 show??

Yes,they both have contributed immensely to Indian film music , no doubt about it. perhaps they will have more rounds dedicated to their songs in future.

But when you have two music directors as a judge, if you choose one's music as theme over the others, it can always create tension and unease, especially when both are masters. Now who should have been given the first chance between the two could have given quite a few headaches.

So it is better to play safe and have a round dedicated to both, so that neither one feels that he was neglected or given second preference.

i dont think ke rajeshji wud have mind if they had given 1st episode dedicated to khaiyyam sahab as he is more senior among the two n then 2nd one to rajeshji..................i personally ddnt like this idea n dont think ke in future they will dedicate one more episode for them 😕

Why they could have easily kept the Himesh round for later stages. This week they could have had rouns for these two MD's.

How about all future rounds based on HR songs, after all he has given music in more than 30 movies by now.. 😉 , and yes one change in rules: he will have veto power in all rounds (several brahmastra)he can bring in whomever he wants..what say.. 😉

these two MDs may have given some great music but the contestants sure did not pick the nicest ones to sing imo. if julie types is what they will have, perhaps one round was sufficient. 😉

Maybe they'll have their special once again next week. They probably wanted to combine both so that no one is restricted or forced to sing, say, only Khayyam saab's songs. Imagine if Mauli had no choice but Khayyam saab's? 😆
