There are laws against defamation.

Defamation - a false accusation of an offense or a malicious misrepresentation of someone's words or actions, that which tends to injure a person's reputation.

Now do me a favor and listen to the comments, and read through the 40 odd pages, where we have talked about his false exxagerated accusations, malicious comments about Bappi da's singing, and the fact that this has hurt Bappi da's reputation.

haha, there's very little case for being sued. all drama, huff and puff. someone can get sued for calling another person a pim* or something like that when the facts are otherwise. here, how can one argue against someone's opinions? and how is calling someone a fat slob and girlie false? anyways isnt calling a spade a spade, a spade anymore? how come we are suddenly into sugarcoating now?😆

If everyone starts doing what he/she feels on impulse then this would become a battlefield of Iraq. I'm sure you agree that we can't just do anything in anger and then be forgiven cos our threshold was low. Who gives anyone a right to demean anybody else, specially when he's a senior in age experience and achievement. Where the hell has decency disappeared from this earth.

I agree with you about acting on impulse part etc etc..I have the fortune of experincing that ...One thing I do want to say is we donot know what all happend and what all is story between the two( abhjit and bappi da) which now we can see becasue he ( bappi da) is suing abhijit?..so is it ok to react this way..?

How can you even compare ID's reaction to Abhijeet's!! ID stated his point cos he feels that singers can't be good judges. But he didn't say Ashaji was a useless singer who is not getting songs these days. or she made so and so mistakes and she's forgotten her music.. If you get a proof for SUCH imfamy os such proportions by ID, then i'd agree that we're blaming Abhijeet blindly.

Otherwise for God's sake be fair and don't support such shameless behavior like Abhijeet's even if you are a diehard fan of his. I must tell you even i am/was a fan of his, until i saw this video. I've really lost respect for him.
