1. moe was searching random websites to find sth ugly to have as her avi.(she thinks, more the ugly more suitable to her. Arghh) Amu comes online and keep pestering her to have some flower or a cute girl as her avi instead of tht annoying ekksws as she thinks the later would better suit moe
2. same time dc comes online and starts her never – ending bak-bak. Amu diverts her attention to dc and tries to compete with her bak-bak…
3. right then sravi tries to help amu by calming down dc..lil does she know about this machine and her grilling sound.
4. all four of us after one hour of chatting start thinking as to how to publisize our kind. (why is it only viewbies who publisize their brand) they start providing the coolest names ever and then realize tht the names doest suit them..i mean how can emerging teens, future stars, breathtaking sweeties fit in 'our kind' category..
5. hmmm…after surfing the net for one whole day we four got tired of searching the name and thought how can we be soo pagal and keep searching for sth about us on the internet..oh come on, how can we be on the internet…we r soo dumb. Then dc comes and says…how about having pagal khana. Suddenly we pounce on dc for stooping our level soo low....but after gving it a thought we silently agree to it.
6. so crediting ourself, dc being the founder, amu being the chairwoman, sravi the janitor and moe gets the resposiblity of press. Our pagal khana has two branches..one is in KAA city.(it is also called 'Zoo').which is well known for its star – the Iqbal khan, who is the next life hubby of amu. The second and the most wellknown branch is in saregamapa section.

Briefly describe the process by which a nerve impulse travels from one axon to another.u meant 'from one neuron to another' right???

Info is traveled from one neuron to another through synapse. the process has 3 diff components...(i am only referring to chemical synapses)

1. Presynaptic terminal: this is a site for numerous spherical single membrane structures called synaptic vesicles which store neurotransmitter. when AP reaches the end of presynaptic terminal, its gradient opens the voltage gated ca+2 channels and ca+2 enters the cell. influx of ca+2 (along with some other proteins) will cause the vesicles to fuse with the presynaptic terminal. (there r many mechanisms through which fusion occurs but 'Kiss and Run' is believed to be the most efficient process.

2. Synaptic terminal:a. Asymmetrical: Membrane diff on the post syn side is thicker than tht on the presynaptic side. usuallly excitatory

b. Symmetrical:mem diff are of similar thickness. usually inhibitory.

3. Postsynaptic terminal: this terminal contains neurotransmitter receptors which r specific to the neurotrasmitter.

a. transmitter-gated ion channels.

b.G-protein couopled receptors.
