Disclaimer: The following comments are my immediate reactions to the first episode of C'07. They are mostly opinions and thoughts. I have very little musical knowledge, but do feel that my exposure to a plethora of music over an extensive period of time has given me enough experience to comment on a few basic points. Feel free to post your thoughts as well, but please don't take any of my statements personally. They are not meant for any particular IF members, they are just my thoughts on screen. 😊

Kudos to the editing and scripting team for turning mass chaos, complete disorganization, a lack of communication and committment and a utter irresponsibility on behalf of Zee during the auditions into a "junoon ki had ne tod di har sarhad" and a "vishwayudh" will now take "unke hunar ki aazmayesh." 😕
The initial commentary seems like an attempt at a throwback to the concept of heavenly voices speaking to humans (reminds of Mahabharat and Ramayan 😆 which I suppose is what they're going for 😆)... comes across rather cheezy - partially due to the quality of the video I suppose - and lends to a "larger than life" feeling this show will undoubtedly try to create.
Set is rather nice...quite a bit fancier than the last. I'm liking the color scheme. Again they're going for the royal touch with the purples and golds, as well as the physical structure of the set.
Hit-it, Josh, Rock and Yalgaar... gee I wonder which belongs to whom 😛
On the whole the entire introductry 2+ mts was far too dramatic for my taste with the background score, heavenly voice and fires flaring. Had they toned it down a bit, it would have been better.
😆 I'm only watching this epi ... I don't know why. Within the first 3 mts I'm considering the entire show a complete farce. Elephants and senapati That's carrying the theme a bit too far 😕 *yawn* Walk a little faster already.
😆 Oh god, so much drama already 😆 Sheesh kabab! How do people sit through the entire shooting of an epi. I can only imagine how much long it must be with retakes, etc.
Of course HR comes in a limo 😆 Does anyone understand why nutcrackers were dancing at his entry? I'm so trying to get away from all things wintery 😆 Oh cool.. I liked the whole turning the mic on the crowd hehe. Talent ka ... kya? 😕 Didn't catch it Junoon... 😲 Oh no! Don't give him a new word to catch on to! 😕 😆
Awww... Aditya's lil kid pics are soo cute! I didn't know Sunidhi's first was with Aditya. Interesting to learn. 🤣 I can only imagine that our section would be even louder than the live crowd cheering for Aditya, were we to get all the chicas to start screaming for him 😆 He's got a good voice. It's def. matured. Great stage presence as well. Actor zaroor banega ye. I strongly feel he'll end up choosing acting over singing. Darn, no change to the scripting... kuch to change karte greeting style or rhyming scheme me. Aww.. between ID and HR he looked like a little kid ... hehehe

A chariot for Bappida. That's... interesting hehe. The Lil Champs served as quite the revival of Bappida. He'd gone into a bit of a lull, but now wherever you go it's dada and his jewelry 😊

Nice of them to show the clip of Shekhar as a participant. A bit of "coming full circle" for him. That spinning globe is distracting! 😆
I'm not at all liking this concept of separating by regions. Forget the net...we're still able to sort things out. This will be absolutely horrible for the country at large. Face it... regionalism is an existing and unavoidable skeleton in our closet. A musical show is not the way to deal with it. It will only serve to fuel the regionalism and cause more problems I feel 😕
