Meaning you are a Delhite? Do you still live in Delhi? I think South Delhi still has some of its old charm though it has lost most of it. I love the monuments of Delhi - there is so much history everywhere.
Yes...I have been a Delhiite since birth, currently I am in East Delhi though I have spent many years in South Delhi too. Delhi is a city of monuments...funnily I am yet to see Old Fort/Red Fort..đ
Sahana,
Great going !!
OK, assume you wish to meet a few IF members and your wish gets fulfilled. Now tell us who all you wish to meet and when you meet them, what will be the two questions that you ask each one, which you wanted to know for a long time? The questions should be member specific...
Thanks Sahana ji, for a great answerđ My intention was not to ask a question which has a sexist tone..Sometimes a little aberration in phrasing a question can take very different form.
Definitely, women are playing an extremely significant role as teachers - a child probably feels more comfortable with a female teacher.
But the entire question about which profession is good for them is a sexist one. Women have as many different kinds of aptitudes and abilities as men do (or more)! Some women have an aptitude for scientific research, some for finance, some others for sports - their abilities should not be slotted or limited in any manner.
I would be a horrible elementary school teacher - I would snap at the children who are slow on the uptake or hyperactive. I might be OK with senior students...but in any case, teaching is not my forte... Women's professions should not be tied with their gender.

2. Better late than.... reaching early and waiting for everyone else to turn up.
3. Behind every successful man is....a woman who has endured his temper tantrums.
4. Time and tide... move in a directionless manner.
