I know, I had a normal and easy childhood and will try to give the same to my children. Please clarify.😊

I am not comparing the normal kid's life with a disabled child's life ,i was talking in general that in todays world a normal kids life is also not easy.

I think its not correct to make sarcastic, angry and passing remarks on Diwakar's disability... Its not his fault, and does not deserve all the anger and hatred for that... Yes, he is not the best singer in the contest, so lets vote for the best singer... But lets appreciate Diwakar's courage to fight it out inspite of everything... From the way he talks, atleast one thing is sure that he has alot of maturity and perhaps its that and his parents confidence that takes him fwd... Yes, we know that two more talented singers got voted out before Diwakar and Sameer... If anyone is to be blamed for that, its us who are voting.. its Gajji and team, who are projecting certain kids in a certain way.. But certainly not these kids.. Please - lets be fair to them!

well ani11 ji I do get your viewpoint, but let me ask you something then.

It is snowing real bad and you are driving on the road, the traffic signal hit red and you slammed your brakes, but your car slid and went on to the next lane and onto the oncoming traffic. Another car came and hit your car just slightly. A traffic officer walked over to your car and asked you for your license, and stated that no matter what it was your fault, At this point would you ask for compassion or justice from that police officer.

You may be wondering why did I post this ridiculous question to you, well what we wish for others, we should have the guts to wish the same for us as well. If we believe that this world requires justice then when God judges us, we should be able to face his judgement, for me I always hope he is compassionate and the only way i can ask him for that is to be compassionate towards others.

You may feel that I show less compassion towards Abhro, Neha and Pawni or it is clear injustice to them ,and so my question to you why are you belittling them?, I am sure they have accepted this and have moved on, and they are practising even harder. They may have even got some contracts signed and instead Diwakar because of all the negativity that he is getting will not be able to get anything in return.

Have you ever wondered how much more difficult people are making for him by posting negative about him. If they post about his singing that is fine but about his character, his attitude is all unwanted. Think about it

OMG when did i write anything about his character or his attitude, can u show me where, don't accuse me of something that i would never do to a kid.all this time i have been asking to be reasonable to other kids.

Please answer my question Janetji and we will talk after that.

I have tried to read and understand all the posts on this topic from JanetDsouzaopic, ani11 etc. It looks like we cannot agree on what is right and what is wrong. We have to look at it case by case. Experience has thought me that you cannot make an assumption or opinion on something and hope for it to true or right in every single case.
When I wrote in my earliest reply to "Diwaker being monotonous" I was just looking at his case and not generalising it for the whole population. Here is a young boy who sings well, participating in a competition with other kids of similar ages and talents. This being a competition with a hefty award to the final few, has a candidate who might benefit based on reason other than what the competition was for. The question arose should he benefit from it(his disability) or not?
I think most(not all) of us will agree that he should not have been in the final 3 based on his performance alone and this is what has erked a lot of people.

Gajji had at his disposal 30 lakhs. He sould have given prizes the following way:

No 10, 9, 8 gets 1 lakhs each - total 3 lakhs
No 7, 6, 5 gets 2 lakhs each - total 6 lakhs
No. 4, gets 3 lakhs - total 3 lahks
No 3 gets 4 lakhs - total 4 lakhs
No 2 gets 5 lakhs - total 5 lakhs
No 1 gets 9 lakhs - total 9 lakhs

This way every child is rewarded and encouraged to pursue music and nobody is sent home feeling a loser.

Well i dont think that Diwakar is in the competition for the money, I suppose his parents have enough resources to take care of him and so do the other parents, what we are looking for here is the chance to be trained by some of the best in the industry and to get an access into an otherwise close door.

This is what I hope for Diwakar, the chance to make a mark that people will not forget and based on how the voting is going, I think most people feel the same. You may feel otherwise, but most people for whatever reasons are supporting Diwakar to give him that break that he needs. Why is he more favored for this break than others, we could keep discussing and still not agree. So i will take a stand on this and say some of us can agree to disagree.

I just hope that all this discussion does not throw Diwakar away from the limelight and maybe in certain ways I may be provoking more angry remarks towards him through my posts. Hence I will stop, I believe in Diwakar and that is own feeling, and I do hope he improves a lot and he wins not only this competition but in life as well.
