Shady, believe me, we always do it. If someone asks us, we tell them the reason. We never share out the warning pms sent out or any other stuff, for mostly the offences are always on the forum (except in few cases) and members are mostly aware of the circumstances leading to the ban.

Abhi in another thread suspected us to leak out the contents of his pm to another member. We are aware that many here may even think that or eblieve that. For that sake, we do not share the pms, but the reason, if asked, is always truthfully told.

Just catching up here. No puns or sarcasm intended per BiDi's post and requirements but looks like Shade Bhai - Fruedian slip ho gaya - and accepted too.......😆😆 Please posts edit karo or, well, rehney do - coming to think of it ........😆😆 This looked like the coin I had in my hand in Sholay............😉

Well said Deep. But right now, everyone wants explanations and when not given, the Mods are accused of sweeping everything under the carpet.

I will not do that. I am very sure it was you. Right now I don't have time to dig through the topics to find your post. I clearly remember that because I felt bad when you mentioned that. I did not expect that from you at that point of time.

You are soooooooo good at dishing out but not brave enough in being at receiving end. I do not go around start throwing any rocks, stones, snides remarks at anyone. All I do is defend myself after being attacked first.

That is all I will say. You got caught doing something. Your name was only brought up in one post by me. That was on the post to mods why all other people's Qs were not quoted or addressed and only mine. Singling me out.

Why bring the same issue again now when all your quesries have been replied to??? Please stop all this now.

For what it's worth, I will make a few concise suggestions as solutions keeping in mind Gandhijee's saying: "An eye for an eye and the world will be blind":

1. Amnesty: Bring all the banned members back and give them one chance to show they can be a part of us again. Every Country, every society does it - we should give ppl a second chance. See the movie Seabiscuit and you will know what I mean.

2. Have one separate thread where supposedly kids cannot go - let the mods (without vardis) and affected members come and hash out all their grievances openly - no bars. After one day take the thread out of the scene - I think this is what it will take or we will keep going around in circles and there will not a solution.

3. We need to lead by inspiration - we are all Indians and Gandhiji taught us this. To improve someone we have teach by example. I am learning to do this and urge we all do that. The great Mahatma has taught us that.

Point 2 and 3 are good suggestions SK,

But Point 1, we try it all the time. I can explain more on PMs to you, it is not as if they werent given a second or third chance, but each time, they proved us right in our original decision.

Yet here, in this very thread, there are many who have come back and who are good members and their pasts forgotten.

We havent ever stood in the way of any member coming back. In fact, most of the time, we know it when they come back and we always give them another chance.

Do you consider everyone here idiots? Can't we put two and two together. The hypothesis that " I am the Dev. Team's Favorite" is all over the place. I don't need to be spoon fed by anyone to understand that.

Frankly, I don't give a damn of what people think about me. I will do whatever I personally feel is correct. If you all think that I am intolerable in this forum, SO BE IT. Sorry,you will have to learn to live with it.
