Thanks gauri ji for quoting this post 'cuz I must have missed Dolly ji's original post... One of the problems that we've had here IS due to the fact that not all are adults and matured. There are members of all age-groups here. Too often, we tend to get our whatevers-in-a-bunch over something another member has written against a celebrity they have supported...

I can quote some examples but then that would entail naming some members and thats something I really dont want to go into. Hopefully, Jadoogar ji's survey can find a middle ground. For me that would be a forum where people can speak their mind AND crack jokes (if an opportunity arises) and others take it in context and not personally. There has to be a compromise between both age "groups" 😆 - or else a forum with only 👏 or 👍🏼 or 🤗 - now that surely would be no fun...

Okay I've stayed out of this so far, but now I can't help it. I have to vent out my frustrations here.

I'm frustrated - yes. I'm frustrated that for the majority of 98 pages all you've done is bicker. Like kids. 'A' passed a snide remark, 'B' thought it was directed at him, 'B' responded back angrily, 'A' told him to chill, 'C' came out in support of 'B', 'D' came out in support of 'A', and all we have is a stupid little catfight going on here.

Why can't anyone look at the bigger picture? We're here to lay our grievances in front of the Mods and help find a solution. In the midst of all this, all your little clashes simply divert the issue - which is what has happened here. 3 days, 98 pages, and still no solution.

If someone passed a snide remark, why do you assume it was directed at you? If someone mentioned your school, why do you have to come all out in arms against him. If someone joked around about a post or issue, why do you think they were laughing at you? And even if they were, then why not just ignore it and just look at the bigger aim?

Nothing is sillier than when someone makes a comment, and someone else thinks it is implied at them, and comes out raging. That only makes the responder look foolish. You have no way of proving it was directed at you, and by reacting, you're showing that you feel you must have done something to deserve that comment. It puts you in bad light.

I hate to say this to adults, but - grow up, will you!

I'm sorry if I've offended some people here, but I had to express myself. And I have no qualms doing so, because I'm not living in a glass house. I personally have never taken things personally or bickered with people because of what they've implied or suggested in general terms about me or anyone.

P.S. If any of you personally feel you have not behaved childishly, then this post is not directed at you - so please don't assume that. If you feel you have behaved childishly, then yes, this post is directly aimed at you, and you can get offended and blast me all you like.

No offence to anyone but I'm not really that involved in this forum as I used to be.......and it's not only because of school. This forum has gotten..welll..........................boring. And I think most of the reason for this is that we're so nitpicky...jagda over such small things....

No more chatty topics, no more interesting threads. if you go to a thread that has been quite popular, it's usually loaded with fights. Debates, I can understand. But these are mere catfights-pointing back to what Shady said.

And we take offense at the smallest things--me included. Can't we just lightheartedly laugh things off????

Lastly, does anyone know why we're here??? So that all of us can relieve our stress by chatting with friends on and about these topics....at least that's what I think. It's not going to help if IF stresses us even more. That's happened to me too..Someone's gotten mad at me and then I spend the whole day brooding over it......let's just forget some of our previous fights. I know that we can make this just like the older days......why don't we actually try then???

Thanks a lot Shady for saying this. I was thinking of posting the same but you saved me from typing. The whole thread seems to have gone away from it's actual purpose. As Shady said most here is simply doing nothing except bicker.

Anyways I have started compiling your charges. Will get our replies ready and then post. And when I say OUR it means the whole Dev Team.

But it may take some time.

Yes I hope you all are finished with placing all your charges. Otherwise we can wait. You all can carry on further and when finished we can reply....
