If it was just a generic post, then I am sorry, all our efforts so far seem to go on a chikna ghada. Gaadi wapas wahin aa gayee jahan sey chali thhee. I wish you were here all along bro.....you would have had a complete picture "with in context" for all posts here.

First of all I was not referring to anyone specific, since there is no one person to blame - taali ek haath se nahi bajti.

Anyway, I will not spend time her clarifying what I meant or who I referred to, because that will defeat the whole purpose of my post - to not divert away from the main issue, which is betterment of the forum.

Thankfully Bhaskar bhai is back from hospital and now we're getting a move on - with the survey ready and soon to be posted. It would be nice if we can focus on that now instead of worry or debate on if I was wrong or you are right.

And please read my P.S. message again. Agar aapko lagta hai ki aap ne koi galati nahi ki, to fikar kyon karte ho. Yeh samajh lo ki mera ishaara aapki taraf nahi tha.

Honestly, I feel like crying reading some of the posts even though being long I can't read all of them. I feel like, Finally. I can't believe it.....as an Hr and Vinit, Hema and HImani fan, I can finally take a deep breath. I like music too, just like everyone, but I chose moments to come in the forum. I would leave many times feeling completely bowled over by the hatred towards certain fans and supporters of certain people.

I truly believe it and said it before that this forum is lop sided towards one group of people and it's ok. But, sometimes it can get unfair. Also, I wonder if people realize that there are young kids who are fans of HR and Vinit. Who have written to me by Pm and cried after seeing the hatred. They were truly shattered and felt good when I was defending my point of view the best I could. Of course,I can only do soo much.

I feel good and think I can take a deep breath knowing that truth eventually prevails and people will eventually fight against a certain level of abuse. I am glad it's coming to the forefront and this is all being talked about. I have voiced my opinion before, but it being a minority opinion, had limited importance. But, as we are getting newer members and knowing this is a site for SRGMP lil champs. Knowing younger members may join, we should be more considerate. That's what I believe......

Ok finally through all the 80 pages…. I was interested in the topic after seeing the disagreements in Jaya and Gauri for the first time…. But when went through all the pages I am glad to have such a free discussion………
I thank to mods for accepting my remarks cordially and for better future……. On the discussion about groupism……. I would like to clarify……… Networking is always a good fact…… networking of friends can not be called for groupism…….. If someone supports a friend…….. it is because of his/her opinion and not because they belong to that group……. And if someone is saying against anyone that does not mean that he/she is no more friend and part of group….. he/she is also telling opinion…..
After going all the pages
1. Many were bashed and Adi was one of them….. yes it is called bashing whosoever starts it does not matter
2. Bashing was many a times on irrelevant topics
3. it was extended beyond the limits when it could have been ended ways back
4. Noone should think that someone is giving opinion for is friend and against is not a friend…..
5. Friends are not the one who follow blindly but support you when u r right and warn u when u r wrong
6. What may be right for one friend may be wrong for the other…… one friend may support u for something and other may warn u for something else both related to you.
7. Everyone has right to voice opinion whether a third party or not
8. So I request all to not to affect relations with each other because of the discussions on the thread
Continuing to this my experience of one day further:
9. Some issues are still being dragged beyond the limit rather than ending it. People can give their POV rather than pointing mistakes in someone else's POV that should enhance the critical acclaim here.
10. A mod when says that someone has made personal comment against someone. It does not mean that the person attacked is favoured or the person who attacked is enemy of mods.
11. Similarly if a person agrees with some points towards mods it does not mean he/she is mods lawyer or does not mean he/she is getting nice impression for mods.
12. We should not use the words like elder and matured in posts. Because Being elder does not mean being matured and being younger does not mean being less matured.
13. Youngers shall not always agree with what the elders on the forum say. Everyone is equal here and has the right to POV
14. We should not force our opinion on someone else.
15. I still request all to not to affect relations with each other because of the discussions on the thread
😊

This is the person whose 80 to 90% of the posts comprise of personal attacks. Everyone knows who he/she is. The person is also issued notices but has not changed. Whenever the other person on whom he/she attacked tries to answer, many a times mods have given him notice but not given notice to this person. The person is also a big reason for many people leaving the forum. So the Mods are doing their best but knowingly or unknowingly they are being partly partial towards certain people. But they are human beings and they are doing the work for all of us and because they have certain strong relation with someone, they cant be called as favouring them.

First and the foremost to make a difference in this forum, for the brighter tomorrow REPEAT OFFENDERS should be immediately BANNED from the forum.

I am wondering which opening of the body he is going to use this time.

There were many comments like this from this member but everytime many members objected to it then a plain warning was given and the person was let off the hook. Last time when I was active here Appa suggested the HR and vinit are gay partners and I protested. That time Anol edited his post and he was once again free to make such remarks…

This time also its no different… You can realize it from the below post.
Shady has rightly pointed out the concerns…

If such sarcasm fits in the code of conduct of IF then please let us know…

Priya - I'm a little confused here about which point you are supporting - was the comment right or not?
On one hand, you ask Appaji/Arun not to make disparing comments about mentors, and on the other hand, you ask others to take sarcasm in the right spirit.
So what are you saying here - was the comment disparing, or was it simply a sarcastic comment that should be taken in the right spirit? Or more importantly, should it be allowed or not?
Don't mind, but I think recent allegations of partiality have flummoxed the Dev Team, and you're trying especially hard to support both sides equally without defining one specific line.

Ok, this is the limit. Neo please put your fertile imagination to rest. I agree that I have said lot of things about Vinit and Himesh, but I HAVE NEVER SAID THAT THEY WERE GAY. Please check your facts.

I am not scared to admit what I said. During C2005 days I callled HR moron, chor, sadak chap, tapori, idiot, arrogant, and scoundrel. But I have never ever said that Vinit and HR were gay. During C2005 days the adjectives like these were acceptable, and lot of people used them too. Members those days were not this sensitive and always showed their true feeling here, and did not wear a mask before logging into the forum.

And Neo, please look yourself in the mirror before you you comment on anyone. Just think why noe09 was banned on the first place. Do you remember the terms you used for Debu and Ismail, and their supporters.

Just drop your "Holier than thou" attitude, because as an old member I know your true image.

Abhi, you want to know my real POV about you....let me tell you that I really like you and admire you for your determination in reaching your goal at such a young age. I told this to you on your MOTW and I am telling you this again. Whether we agree or disagree, doesn't matter....as long as we know we care for each other. That's what truly matters.

You said on your post that you got interested in this thread because you saw me and Jaya disagree for the first time. Well, that doesn't mean she is not my friend any more. Couple of days back I was in a bad mood and posted some silly posts. Jaya PMed me because she was worried about me. She told me that my posts might hurt some one's feelings. I visited those threads again and edited my posts and apologized to those members who were hurt by that post. This, my friend, is the true definition of friendship. I hope Jaya realizes how much I value her friendship and keeps it separate from our discussion here. This is not the first time Jaya and I disagreed over something and this will not be the last time either. We are both living/breathing/thinking adults who get along well most of the time and know how to handle our differences as well. Iss sey dosti per ya nazariye per koi fark nahin padta...atleast my POV of Jaya as a person is not affected at all. Same goes for my POV for you. We may agree on finance/cpa.ca related issues and might disagree on feminist/HR/this thread issues...but at the end of the day, we care for each other...and that's what matter....right😊

I m glad u hv this POV for me........ and yes the discussions wont affect our relations😊
